Marta the marvelous Excellent support and service from Marta. A very comfortable stay. Pity the pool wasn’t open till 11am so we were unable to use it, but great quick stay nevertheless

Good welcome on arrival just gone 3pm but we’re dismayed to find out the hotel no longer served dinner on Sundays and we were too late to eat at lunch service which finished at 4pm despite notices in hotel saying restaurant would be open until 6pm. Staff did help us order pizza which we collected and ate on covered patio outside. Unusually for 4 star hotel PowerPoints were lacking making phone charging challenging. Breakfast was basic and all cold as restaurant also shut on Mondays and Tuesdays. News of the seasonal change could have been advised in advance. Lovely rooms, comfy beds & great views. Bar closed and gym closed to allow for more spa treatments. Overall we were underwhelmed and would say hotel needs cash injection to keep its rating.

Excellent location for getting around the region. Excellent service and customer care. The staff is very attentive. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is complemented by a good spa service. The hotel is complemented by a good Spa service and facial and body treatments. It can also be complemented with horse riding activities due to the proximity of an equestrian centre.

Good facilities and rooms, but they should improve: the friendliness of the staff. the quality of breakfast (very bad for its price) suppress the disk jockey at siesta time under the rooms (it seems implausible)

Un lugar con un entorno natural precioso. El hotel es muy acogedor y su personal muy amable. El ambiente en el SPA es muy tranquilo y relajante y las jòvenes que brindan los masajes son muy profesionales.

Mi marido y yo fuimos de escapada la verdad es que no sorprendió mucho está en un lugar precioso tranquilo a unos dos kilómetros como mucho tres de Ribadesella el trato de todo el personal del hotel maravilloso todo súper limpio un hotel cuidado totalmente al detalle no le falta de nada nos quedamos una noche a dormir hicimos sesión de spa y desayuno buffet al día siguiente no tengo nada malo que decir de este hotel al contrario seguro que repetiremos no puedo hablar sobre el restaurante porque la verdad es que no cenamos allí

Estupenda opción para descansar y desconectar.Hemos cogido el servicio de spa y masaje y ha sido un acierto. Habitaciones limpias y acogedoras Todo el personal del hotel muy amable y con ganas de agradar en todo momento. Gracias al personal de recepción,Daniel por asesorarme cuando llamé para la reserva y Andrea por hacer las estancia tan fácil y muchas gracias por aconsejarnos el cenar en el restaurante,, nos encantó. El buffet bueno y Bárbara muy amable pendiente de cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar. A pesar de ser conocedores de la zona, no lo conocíamos siempre nos quedábamos en Ribadesella, puedo asegurar que volveremos

Primero destacar lo amables que son todo el personal Pero es un hotel que no está preparado para ofrecer a los clientes unas comodidades absolutamente necesarias como un servicio de cafetería o una amplia zona de estar Esta en un enclave muy bonito pero si hace frío y son un grupo no hay donde sentarse Y lo más importante si quieres comer o cenar algo ligero no puedes No tienen cocina , ni bar ni nada parecido Pegado al hotel hay un restaurante que no pertenece a ellos y tienen una carta no apta para niños Ósea que si quieres cenar algo ligero no puedes. Si tienes un niño dormido y quieres un sándwich en la habitación no puedes si te encuentras mal y quieres algo especial no puedes Jamás lo recomendaría porque esta totalmente incompleto Además que el restaurante puede estar lleno de sus clientes y te quedas sin cenar y tan ricamente Fatal con mayúsculas
