Rezen Retreat·Four Seasons Manju Hotel (Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area)

I'm a huge fan of Licheng Bieyuan·Siji Manju – who dares to challenge them! The moment I walked into the room, I was blown away! The room was incredibly spacious, and the bed was a super-king (2 meters!), big enough for three people comfortably. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which was great. But the absolute best part was the air conditioning! We came from Chengdu, and it felt even colder there than Jiuzhaigou. The room's underfloor heating and AC were absolutely amazing – you could easily wear a short-sleeved shirt inside. The first night, we had both on and it was almost too warm, but the second night, just the underfloor heating was perfect – warm without being overheated. The location is also fantastic; it's the second closest hotel to the scenic area after the Heyu Hotel, just a 7-8 minute walk away. It's perfectly situated between the scenic area entrance and the shuttle bus stop for going up and down, making everything super convenient. The staff, from top to bottom, were all so welcoming and attentive, especially the lovely and gentle lady at the front desk – I absolutely adored her! I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit! No second thoughts!

Room: The room was incredibly comfortable and fully equipped with smart controls that were very responsive and convenient to use. The front desk provided two key cards right away, which was great because we could leave the heating and AC on to warm up the room while we were out eating. Coming back to a warm room was wonderful. There were also complimentary teas, coffee, a tea set, and a small table perfect for enjoying a cup of tea. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered lovely views outside, adding to the comfort. Hot Spring Bath: The bath area was very spacious, and thankfully not crowded at this time. The large pool was incredibly comfortable, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. Food: Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was also exceptional. I had a large hotpot container from the previous day that wouldn't fit in the microwave, and one of the staff members kindly heated it up for me in a pot. Their service attitude was incredibly friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast closes at 10 AM, and we came down late and finished eating around 10:30 AM, but they never rushed us. In the lobby, there were also complimentary snacks, teas, and coffee available all day, which was a fantastic perk. Service: The service was consistently delivered with a smile. My manager, who happens to be from my hometown in Gansu, was incredibly thoughtful and even gave us a small souvenir. All the other staff members were professional and attentive too. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

This is my second time choosing this hotel, and both the environment and location are excellent. The interior is new and very comfortable, mostly smart-enabled. The bathroom even has a smart toilet with continuous heating. With both air conditioning and floor heating in the room, it's never cold. It's only about a 5-minute walk from the park entrance, which is super convenient. I'll definitely book here again when I bring friends to Jiuzhaigou in the future.

Loved this hotel! It's only a 5-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, which was a huge plus after a long day of exploring. The front desk staff were super friendly and always willing to help. There's always hot coffee and water available in the lobby. The room looked exactly like the pictures – simple and clean. The smart speaker ('Xiao Zhi') was also very handy. The underfloor heating was fantastic! The hairdryer had powerful airflow, and there were even drip coffee bags. They also provided two facial masks in the room, which was a really thoughtful touch, and we used them both days! My favorite amenity was definitely the jacuzzi tub; it's highly recommended for a soak after walking all day! Breakfast was also very generous, with local specialties like butter tea available.

Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive and have a great design aesthetic. Hygiene: The entire hotel is clean and comfortable. Environment: I really liked its location and surroundings. Service: The staff were all very enthusiastic and highly efficient. We walked to the scenic area entrance in just a few minutes from the hotel. The hotel has a large parking lot and even allowed me to charge my electric car, which was incredibly convenient. What I liked most was their attitude towards work; they always responded promptly to any request. Also, a shout-out to their delicious lobby coffee.
