From the warn greeting from the airport to the hotel shuttle service to the warm reception at the front desk to the beverages at the deck/patio before checking in St.Regis Mallorca is unsurpassed in hospitality. Afternoon tea and the wide food choices at breakfast was perfect. Room was spacious and clean. The beautiful surroundings and ocean views made the stay even more enjoyable. Convenient walking distance to the Sporting Club Portal Tennis and Padel. Only one problem was with the heater not working but the technician was able to get it fixed.

The room's overall decor was rather outdated, befitting a hotel built in 2002. The hotel itself had nice views, but the service was terrible. The refrigerator was shockingly dirty the first night I checked in, and there were very few hotel staff. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

A very nice resort hotel. There's a small gate leading to the seaside promenade, where you can walk along the beach for about half an hour. The hotel's food is also quite good. Several staff members knew we were from China and wished us a Happy New Year. Highly recommended.

I really like the room leading directly to a small garden. The weather is very good and the hotel public area is also very beautiful. It seems that there is a door at the end of the large garden that leads directly to the beach. There is a road along the sea for a leisurely walk.
