Facilities: Still quite new, meeting the standards I always look for in a hotel. The bed is really large, and the view outside the window is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend everyone to come and experience it; you're sure to be satisfied. A great experience overall. Environment: Very comfortable, clean, and tidy. The air conditioning inside is so good that in this scorching summer, you just don't want to go out, only stay in the hotel. Service: Proactive, patient, and thoughtful. Thumbs up to the front desk staff for their smiling service and prompt responses. Value for money: The value for money is quite high; the overall price isn't expensive. If I have the chance, I'll definitely stay here again. Overall, it's pretty good, and I'm satisfied with all aspects.

My recent business trip to Hangzhou and stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel is nestled in a quiet spot despite being in a bustling area. The lobby features many exquisite Song Dynasty-style porcelain pieces, beautifully crafted and full of character, immediately catching your eye upon entry. The overall ambiance is elegant and sophisticated, making it comfortable for both a brief stopover or a leisurely sit-down. Beverly handled my entire stay, and I could clearly sense her strong professionalism. She was organized, efficient, and direct, communicating to the point without unnecessary pleasantries. She managed all matters with impressive efficiency and stability, perfectly suiting the needs of business travelers who value simplicity and convenience. Her composed and confident demeanor in handling people and situations demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was smooth with no delays or complicated procedures. The overall experience was balanced and pleasant. This hotel will definitely be my first choice again for any future business trips to Hangzhou.

The room was clean and the staff's attitude was okay, but their responsiveness was quite slow. Check-in was a bit drawn out, and they required a 500 deposit which takes 1-3 days to be refunded. They said a tea break was included, but it was just Coke and juice, and the juice wasn't fresh-squeezed, which felt really cheap. Breakfast, however, was decent and quite varied.

After a lot of deliberation among all the hotels in Hangzhou, I finally settled on the Indigo, part of the InterContinental group. Opened in 2022, it's neither brand new nor old, so there's no lingering renovation smell. The brand's reputation is evident, and all facilities are well-maintained. Parking in the underground garage was easy, with clear signs guiding me to the hotel entrance. The bright, warm yellow lighting felt very inviting. Taking the elevator up to the first-floor lobby, I was immediately greeted by a refreshing tea-scented aroma. The decor style is distinctive, living up to its reputation as a 'design-focused hotel'. Even the staff's uniforms were unique – the male staff seemed to be wearing pleated skirts (Ma Mian Qun)? The young lady who checked me in had a wonderful demeanor, gentle and friendly. They provided a complimentary aroma diffuser stone, and InterContinental members received an additional drink voucher. I took a short break in the lobby bar. At the end of the spacious room, there were clear glass windows offering views of lush greenery outside, which instantly helped me relax. Upon entering the room, it was a different style, with a somewhat antique decoration. The mini-bar selection was impressive: HeyTea fruit tea, glass bottle Coca-Cola (both regular and sugar-free), sparkling water, and various beer flavors were all great. The first round was complimentary. The Dyson hairdryer and Marshall speaker were absolutely flawless. The most delightful surprise was that they provided Ora2 toothpaste – a brand I've always used. The attention to detail was truly superb. The mattress was soft yet supportive, and as soon as my head hit the pillow, sleepiness washed over me. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring an undisturbed rest. The gym was well-equipped, with not just treadmills and dumbbells, but also a power rack, which I appreciated. The location offers convenient transportation, close to attractions like Hupao Park and various museums. Unfortunately, I had other travel plans, otherwise, I would have loved to stay an extra two nights to explore the area further. At checkout, they gave me an aromatherapy gift. Finally, a special thanks to Loren at the front desk for her warm and polite service. She was very responsive to any requests. Although it was just a one-night stopover, the experience exceeded my expectations and left a wonderful impression. The overall value for money was excellent, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

This was my first solo trip with my child, and after looking at many hotels, I finally chose Indigo. The check-in host, Loren, was handsome (according to my child) and very thoughtful. Seeing that I had a child with me, he proactively upgraded us to a larger room type and even gave us breakfast vouchers. The stay experience was also excellent. On the first night, I found that the room door lock wasn't working, but it was too late to call for maintenance. I called the front desk in the morning, and they immediately arranged for a repair. Also, the breakfast in the morning was very rich. My favorite was the potstickers. My child said they want to stay here again next time. P.S. The complimentary room fragrance gift smells really good.

Arrived in Hangzhou in the middle of summer. The moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt a refreshing coolness. The hotel's location is convenient, the decor is stylish, and the service is warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Loren, a staff member, who was very enthusiastic and attentive, making me feel right at home. He also recommended some great restaurants nearby. Complimentary welcome drinks and turn-down service were a nice touch. After a hot day, it was wonderful to return to the hotel and relax, greatly enhancing my experience.

I have to commend the excellent service at Hotel Indigo. From the doormen and restaurant staff to the front desk and housekeeping, everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. They really went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou. Also, it was really hot, and the doormen had to stand outside the whole time, which must have been tough.

The location is excellent! It's only a 30-minute bus ride to West Lake, or a few minutes by taxi. It's in a residential area with many affordable and delicious local eateries, and the surroundings are pretty quiet. The room, however, was the smallest I've stayed in among all Indigos. It had a lot of nice Jiangnan-style details, and the overall design was fantastic. From the front desk to the rooms, the staff were all very nice. There were two really handsome guys at the front desk… lol. The only downside was that the air conditioning vent was blowing directly onto the head of the bed, which made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. I hope the hotel can slightly adjust the angle.

It was pretty good, but the room was a bit small. The decor is quite new, almost like a guesthouse. It doesn't really have that five-star luxury feel; it's more quaint and cozy. The service was still very good though.
