Toyoko Inn Fuji Kawaguchiko Ohashi

This Toyoko Inn in Kawaguchiko has an excellent location! There's a free shuttle from the station, with the last one running as late as past 8 PM. If you arrive late, you'll have to walk from the station, which is a bit of a distance. Just a few minutes walk out of the hotel's left-side main road is a large Lawson convenience store, perfect for morning photos, and much more spacious than the one in front of the station. It's about a 10-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Bridge, and there's also a large supermarket nearby. The hotel offers a free breakfast. The rock bath costs 1000 yen and opens at 4 PM. However, the rooms do not provide non-woven slippers.

Transportation: It was super convenient! All we had to do was wait for the hotel's blue shuttle bus at Kawaguchiko Station, platform 10, after booking. You can also use it for getting around during the day. There's a big local supermarket within a few minutes' walk where you can buy groceries, and it's a great deal to grab half-price food in the evenings. There are also convenience stores nearby. Environment: Very clean with good soundproofing. They provide free samples, and it's a fantastic value if you get it at a good price. Other features: You can self-check-in, and the breakfast in the morning was decent and filling. In the evening, you can experience a stone sauna (Ganbanyoku) and steam bath for 1000 yen. It's usually empty at night, so you can have it all to yourself. If you walk towards the big bridge nearby, there's a baseball batting cage. For 300 yen, you get 25 pitches, and it's quite fun! You just put in coins and play if no one else is around. Recommended!
