REGENT HONG KONG

Our overall stay at the Regent Hong Kong was absolutely fantastic. The unobstructed panoramic views of Victoria Harbour were stunning, and the entire room, from soft furnishings to hardware, exuded premium craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail at every turn. The in-room mini-bar was fully complimentary and well-stocked. The Executive Lounge offered an elegant and quiet ambiance, with delicious food and drinks. The staff were incredibly responsive, and requests were handled swiftly. All the amenities and services were comprehensive and well-executed, making the executive benefits experience truly exceptional. The only minor drawback was a small hiccup in the process: the cash deposit paid at check-in wasn't immediately updated in the system. When dining at the hotel's Japanese restaurant, they couldn't find the deposit record, so we couldn't charge the meal to the room and had to pay separately, which was a slight inconvenience. Aside from that, there were virtually no shortcomings. The views, quality, and lounge service were all top-notch. It remains our first choice for a Hong Kong hotel with a sea view.

The room was very clean, and the hotel staff were all incredibly friendly. Every room faces Victoria Harbour, which made for a fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again.

The service was excellent, and the hotel faces Victoria Harbour, offering breathtaking views. The room amenities and bedding were very comfortable. Breakfast was extensive, and the restaurant's food and service were also outstanding.

The location is convenient and the service is good. It was a bit busy on the weekend, so I had to queue for a short while to check in.

First time visiting Hong Kong and I did a lot of research beforehand. Ended up splurging on a sea-view room, and the view was absolutely amazing! They also offer turn-down service every evening, and the breakfast was delicious. It's just a few hundred meters from Tsim Sha Tsui East Station, so it's super close to the MTR!

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary in May, and choosing the Regent was absolutely the right decision. The room was a Victoria Harbour View room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an incredible panorama of the entire Victoria Harbour. The view was absolutely stunning; you could sit by the window and simply relax for an entire afternoon without getting bored. What impressed me most was the copper art bonsai on the windowsill – it was so unique. Hong Kong often gives the impression of cold, towering skyscrapers, but this little potted plant instantly brought warmth to the room. Even better, a small lamp was hidden beneath the bonsai. When turned on at night, the shadows of the copper leaves were cast onto the ceiling, creating a delicate and charming effect. This design truly deserves praise. The service was also exceptionally thoughtful. Before checking in, I mentioned to the hotel that we were celebrating our anniversary. As a result, they prepared two cakes: one delivered to our room and another brought out during dinner. Each cake had our names and our anniversary number beautifully hand-piped in frosting, which was incredibly considerate. My wife was genuinely moved. The outdoor pool and spa also deserve special mention. Located right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, overlooking Victoria Harbour, swimming in the infinity pool while gazing at the Victoria Harbour skyline and the Avenue of Stars was a truly rare experience. The poolside attendants were very proactive; they refilled our drinks when they were empty and immediately offered towels as soon as we got out of the water, without us even having to ask. It was incredibly relaxing. In summary, from the facilities to the service, there was nothing to fault. It's the kind of hotel that makes you think, 'I'll definitely come back next time.' Thank you, Regent team, for making our anniversary celebration so unforgettable!

The shower in the bathroom wasn't enclosed, which could be improved. Other than that, the view was great and the service was very attentive.

The hotel's service is impeccable, truly world-class. The views are also unbeatable.

Having stayed at both the Regent and the Rosewood, I'd say the Rosewood is still better. The front desk service at the Regent was quite good, but I did get a moldy fruit at the restaurant. The manager handled it immediately, removing a whole fruit platter and sending chocolates to my room. The location is good though, it's a pretty decent hotel in Hong Kong.
