Hilton Shijiazhuang

Chose this hotel by chance and had a wonderful stay. The cleanliness was meticulous, the room was spacious, and I slept soundly. Amy at the front desk was attentive and caring. Dining and getting around the area are both very convenient. Highly recommended!

For my stay, I chose a high-floor city view room. The dual-aspect floor-to-ceiling windows framed the Shijiazhuang skyline right before my eyes. In the evening, watching the sunset paint the entire cluster of buildings in a warm golden hue, and seeing the traffic turn into a flowing river of light after dark—sitting by the window with a cup of tea was an experience that far exceeded my expectations.

Although the hotel is a bit dated, it is well-maintained and cleaner than expected. Being a high-rise hotel, the front desk gave us a room on the 46th floor with a great view. The Hebei Museum is right downstairs, making it very convenient to visit. After check-out, I realized I left my charging cable in the room, and the hotel promptly contacted me about it. Best of all, there was no obvious price hike during the National Day holiday. All in all, it's worth experiencing when visiting Shijiazhuang.

The facilities are really old. I stayed at an InterContinental in Jinan two days ago, which was also an older hotel, and compared to that, this Hilton was a complete failure. I won't be staying at Hilton again in the future. This hotel's only redeeming quality is its height. The facilities are outdated, the service is mediocre, and breakfast isn't great either.

The room was incredibly old and had a strong mildew smell. It was the worst Hilton I've ever stayed in. I ended up with a sore throat and a persistent cough after just one night. At least they could upgrade it! A renovation is desperately needed, it's just indescribable.

The worst Hilton ever; they can't even manage basic hygiene. The bathtub faucet was rusty and moldy, and I only noticed after I'd already used it. Absolutely disgusting! The hotel's service was equally terrible. After checking out, I contacted Ctrip customer service about this. They reached out to the hotel, and the hotel actually said that because I didn't report it during my stay, they couldn't adjust the cost since the bill had already been settled. So, no compensation because I didn't complain while staying there? What kind of ridiculous excuse is that? What good would complaining during my stay have done anyway? I had already used their dirty water! Seriously, this is the first time I've encountered a Hilton like this. It's the absolute worst, no contest.

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of great food options nearby. You can visit the museum right after stepping out, which is very convenient.

The scenery is beautiful and it's excellent value for money. I'll definitely come back again.

The hotel is right next to the Hebei Provincial Museum and the subway station. The overall environment is comfortable and elegant, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft, and the service attitude is excellent – they're always ready to help. The executive lounge on the 53rd floor is also very good, with attentive and genuine service. They guided us through the light meal options, thumbs up! 👍
