Le Botum Hotel

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. We even had a view of the palace from our room, which made visiting it super convenient.

The room was clean, and while the breakfast buffet didn't have a huge variety, the food was tasty. The hotel also gave us beer vouchers for free beer at the rooftop bar, and the pool was great. Overall, very satisfied.

The staff's attentiveness and smiles were excellent. The hotel is near the Royal Palace, so it's a safe area. It's also very close to bus route 240. The facilities were very clean, and the room was spacious. Breakfast was delicious, with the menu changing slightly every day. Personally, I really enjoyed the noodles. The sky bar and rooftop pool offered beautiful views of the Royal Palace during the day and a stunning night view. Although there's no washing machine, laundry service is available at the front desk and is reasonably priced per kilogram. I would love to stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Royal Palace. The hotel itself has a great design, feeling very modern. We upgraded to a family room and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and with several windows, we could enjoy Phnom Penh's night view, including a glimpse of the Royal Palace. The rooftop terrace is amazing, offering panoramic views of the city at night. The service was also exceptional, polite and enthusiastic. All in all, we were very satisfied!

Our originally booked room would have been on the 9th floor, right below the pool and bar. We requested a different one. It wasn't the same category, but it was okay. The bed was a bit too soft and the pillows too thick. You can't please everyone, I guess. The bathroom was very small, but the shower had good water pressure and was hot. The breakfast area/cafe was far too small for so many guests, and it was too hot to sit outside. Breakfast was mediocre but sufficient. The location was superb. Very quiet on a side street, yet right in the heart of things. However, we had the bad luck of construction happening at the temple across the street. You should avoid that side of the hotel. The rooftop pool area is nice. The view over the city and the skyline, however, is sensational. Overall, the stay was good. We would gladly come back.

The service was excellent, and the environment was very good. Plus, they had a front desk staff member who spoke Chinese. The location is super convenient, right outside the palace.
