The overall facilities are fine, but the service is completely subpar. After midnight, no one answered the room service phone, which is out of place. It's not uncommon to wait half an hour for ice, or even for it to arrive at all. The hotel sounded the alarm without any explanation or apology. The hotel also charges an additional $35 per day for beach access, yoga classes, and internet, regardless of whether you use it or not. I think this is a ploy to keep the room rate low. Parking is only available at the velet, which is $45 per day. Overall, I wouldn't stay again. If you're going for a high-end experience, it's okay to pay a little more for the service. There are many better options in Clearwater.
