Great location and excellent service. Sraff could speak English. Hotel was next to Grand Central Ladprao mall which was easily accessible on the M level. Breakfast spread was good but most of the food was rather salty! The plus point was although no connecting door behind two rooms for family, there was a latchable external door outside two rooms.

I normally hve no complaints about this hotel. However this time 3 issues i experienced. 1) Room cleaning was surprisingly poor this time. I hve attached pictures how dusty and how it was not cleaned the duration of my stay! This is a executive room which i extended and stayed 1 week! 2) At breakfast I was shown to a table that was already taken. Nvrmind, she proceeded to walk me to another table. Just when i was about to sit, a guy came from a few tables away and said to my usher, he will change his table to this one. My usher then agreed and proceeded to walk me around the restaurant to look for another table. This is so unprofessional. I felt like i was being taken on a tour!!! She should hve stood her ground and not allow other guests to just take tables as and when they like. 3) On my second last day, reception calls me at 1.45pm asking if im checking out today! I said my booking is till the next day, why are you asking me? She said they were running full for executive suites and will need me to check out to a lower grade room! I went down to reception to clarify and they allowed me to stay in my room and checkout the next day as booked. This is totally unprofessional and discourteous as I felt the hotel was trying their luck to bully me!
What is happening to this once lovely hotel? I had a most unpleasant stay this time despite being in a executive suite (1306) and staying 1 week!

Although the hotel is quite old, the facilities and the rooms are with the good conditions. The location is superb, you have a connected passage to Central Ladprao. The staff are also very nice.

We stayed at Centara Grand Ladprao almost every time when we visit Bangkok. Lovely stay as always. Thanks for the birthday amenities, appreciate if there will be room upgrade next time for us as repeated guest. The services are lovely as always. Breakfast buffet would be better to have more frequency refill and more options of healthy choice.

Location is superb right next to train station and a shopping mall.
However hotel feels a little old.. cleanliness is decent.
