This is the most perfunctory hotel I've ever stayed at, and I've traveled a lot. On the first night, my room had a very strong urine smell. I reported it and asked the hotel to investigate the source, but they told me to go to the front desk. Once there, they promised to send someone. I waited for twenty minutes, and then a cleaner arrived with an air freshener, ready to spray the room. I explained that an air freshener wouldn't fix the problem, as it was clearly an issue with the facilities. The cleaner also called to report this. The front desk then asked me to come down again to resolve it. When I got there, they simply told me I could switch rooms and sent me back up. The whole process was incredibly dismissive. If I weren't a Ctrip Black Diamond member and communicating through my butler, I don't think this hotel would have cared at all. Other than that, the facilities are very old, there are very few power outlets, and the soundproofing is poor. The breakfast, however, was quite good, and there's a direct connection to the mall and subway from the hallway.
