Had a wonderful stay at Capitol Hotel Kuala Lumpur! The location is excellent—just a short walking distance to Pavilion and many other shopping malls, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended!

Pros - Superb location for attractions, food & concerts - The decor and interiors are outdated but still functional - 24/7 front desk - room service for food is available Cons - outdated decors and interiors - lack of amenities like a pool & a gym - lack of proper footpath outside - dirty alleys Overall An old still functional hotel that offers room service meeting the basic needs of stayers. Located in the heart of Bukit Bintang where it is bustling with street performances, shopping malls and the famous jalan alor.

Friendly staff and great service from check in to check out. Hotel was situated at a convenient location and we could walk to almost anywhere including KLCC.
