The Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport

Very satisfied! The front desk service was excellent; they helped us check in early and provided plenty of bottled water. I highly recommend the hotel restaurant's brunch.

This might be the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Canada, truly deserving of its five-star rating. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and friendly, and some even speak Chinese. The elevators are spacious and computer-controlled. The room had an amazing view, and the bed was large and comfortable. Adding an extra bed for $30 a night was also very convenient. The location is perfect, making it super easy to find Chinese food. It's truly fantastic! No wonder it's always so busy.

The facilities are excellent, especially the gym and pool. However, the airport shuttle service stops around 11 PM, and there was no email notification about its operating hours. The hotel is close to the airport, and there are many food delivery options available.

This is a great hotel! The free airport shuttle service is so convenient. The drivers were very polite and helped with luggage, handling it with care both when getting on and off the shuttle – truly excellent. The front desk staff member who checked me in was also very welcoming, making me feel right at home. The bed and pillows in the room were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was bright and clean. I even wiped the floor with some toilet paper, and it was spotless. Very satisfied overall.

Transportation: Very convenient to take the shuttle bus from L3 Gate 16 at the airport. The hotel is a three-minute walk from the SkyTrain station. Cleanliness: Very clean, much cleaner than a certain [competitor hotel chain] and no strange odors. Environment: Compared to the [competitor hotel chain] we stayed at the next day, the Westin was much quieter. Recreation: The pool and gym were not crowded. The water was quite cold in winter, but you could use the spa. Dining: We had brunch at the ground floor restaurant at 11:00 AM. I recommend the chicken burger and the cheese burger from the kids' menu. Service: A kind gentleman at the front desk who spoke Chinese helped us with a one-hour late checkout. After checking out, I realized I left my electric toothbrush in the room. The lady at the front desk said she would keep it safe for me until I return to Vancouver in two months, which I really appreciated.
