Uptown Motel Kenai

I checked into Uptown Motel on May 20, 2026. I stayed till May 25th, 2026. During that time my room was only cleaned one time. The 3rd day of my stay. I had to ask to get some clean towels and have my garbage taken out. The little girl at the desk was very sweet and did get me fresh towels, but the bed linen was never changed in my room the whole stay. Breakfast....I went into the dining room on one morning. I asked for the Eggs Benedick. It looked so good in the menu. I asked for the eggs to to over medium, Not running, Also asked to have the hashbrowns extra crispy. Well, eggs were running and hashbrowns were just whitist and warm. I ate a few bites and got up and paid my bill and left. I am sorry that this place has gone down hill so much. I have stayed here 4 years ago and it was great. This time left a poor taste in my mouth. The staff were nice, but, nothing was said to a refund on the food or lack of cleaning in my room. All they said was sorry???

The lobby was very dirty, no elevator, inside entrance. When we entered the room it was very dated, the floors were dirty, garbage under the bed making it obvious that there had not been a thorough cleaning and there was a strange smell. We checked out immediately and although challenging because everywhere was booked found a B&B for our stay. The hotel clerk was helpful in checking out and they did not charge us.

Well kept had amazing amenities good food right next door in the middle of town easy to get to places

There was no breakfast and i was doubje charged for the room and over charged . ******* charged me thdn thd motel charged me again for a larger amount. The pillows and sheets weren't changed from the prior guest and the room was dirty and stuffy.

Staff was great. But the hotel wasn't completely pet friendly. The jet bath suite which is what we booked does not allow pets. So we chose not to stay. The front desk staff was great and we were not charged.

Very relaxing stay, great staff and very convenient location with wonderful restaurant in house!

Nice and knowledgable staff people were helpful and courteous. But the lack of the ADVERTISED shuttle in the listing was a very big BUMMER for me.

The property was close to restaurants and stuff which was great and the parking was great. The only thing that I saw was, it’s a little outdated, but it’s where is clean and most of the time the maids were there promptly to give you anything that you needed.

Excellent customer service. Affordable because the place is already old but clean and quiet, even though it is near the main road.
