Yumanju Hotel (Guangzhou TaiKoo Hui Tianhe Stadium Flagship Store)

I stayed at this hotel throughout my trip to Guangzhou, and overall, it was a fantastic experience, exceeding my expectations. The hotel is located on the fourth floor at 470 Tianhe North Road, right above a subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. When I first exited the subway, navigation showed the hotel was nearby, and I initially thought it was on the main road. After a closer look, I found the entrance on the side of the building, but there were clear small signs along the road. A little careful attention was all it took to find it easily. This minor hiccup in finding the hotel didn't impact the overall check-in experience at all. Taking the elevator directly to the fourth-floor lobby, I was instantly impressed! The lobby's decor is incredibly stylish, minimalist yet sophisticated, creating a wonderful ambiance. The clean and tidy environment immediately made me feel relaxed and relieved from the fatigue of travel. The front desk staff provided exceptionally warm and thoughtful service. As soon as I entered, they offered me refreshing lemon water, which was both gentle and attentive. The check-in process was efficient and quick, with simple, no-fuss procedures. There was no long waiting time, and the staff were enthusiastic and patient, answering all my questions in detail. The attention to service details was perfect, making me feel very welcome. Stepping into the guest room, the living experience was even better! The room was meticulously cleaned, with every corner spotless, free of odors and clutter, fully meeting high hygiene standards. I felt completely at ease and comfortable. The only thing was that the floor was a bit damp as the cleaning lady had just finished, and the front desk staff even reminded us about it – such thoughtful details! The room featured a luxurious, high-quality black-toned design that was both elegant and timeless. Paired with soft, warm lighting, it perfectly balanced the coolness of the dark decor, making the entire room feel cozy and inviting. The smart home facilities were incredibly practical. The lighting controls were convenient and intelligent, making them easy to use and giving a sense of high-tech comfort, truly maximizing the living experience. Additionally, the front desk thoughtfully prepared various everyday essentials, such as a sewing kit, dental floss, and band-aids. They truly considered all the needs of travelers, which was incredibly considerate. What surprised us most was the hotel's location. I thought it was just conveniently located for transportation, but it turned out to be right in the heart of Guangzhou's city center! The surrounding commercial areas are incredibly dense, with major popular shopping malls like Tianhuan Plaza, Taikoo Hui, Grandview Mall, Tee Mall, and Oriental Baotai all within easy reach. Shopping, dining, and entertainment are all available in one place. The sheer variety of shopping options was dazzling, making for a fantastic shopping experience. Moreover, getting to attractions was exceptionally convenient. To visit Canton Tower, you can just go downstairs and take the subway, transferring to Line 3, and you'll be there in just a few stops. This saved us from long journeys, making sightseeing incredibly efficient. This trip to Guangzhou also allowed me to truly experience the city's vibrant atmosphere and gentle charm. Guangzhou is full of特色美食, and hidden gems of delicious food can be found in every street and alley. After exploring Grandview Mall, we stumbled upon a unique street near the mall. The street had a wonderful ambiance, filled with various exquisite dessert shops and afternoon tea cafes. While strolling around, my friends and I would sit in one of these beautiful dessert shops to rest our feet, enjoy afternoon tea, and chat, which was incredibly pleasant and relaxing. The happiness of the trip just soared. Although the weather in Guangzhou wasn't perfect during our trip, this thoughtful and comfortable hotel made our entire journey exceptionally fulfilling. The only minor drawback was that the entrance required a bit of searching, but the exceptional service, exquisite environment, and excellent location completely made up for this small imperfection. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. With convenient transportation, surrounding commercial centers, attentive service, and comfortable rooms, it's perfect for girlfriend getaways, friends traveling together, or everyday business trips. I'm truly satisfied with this stay and have silently added it to my must-stay list for Guangzhou! The next time I visit Tianhe, Guangzhou, I will definitely choose this hotel first.

The hotel's environment and service exceeded my expectations! I originally thought I'd just make do for the first night in Guangzhou, as I was out sightseeing all day. But when we returned to the hotel after our activities, it was incredibly comfortable. The pillows were excellent – they even provided four pillows, both firm and soft, which was a very thoughtful touch. Choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision; the location is superb, right next to the Line 11 subway station. We never felt rushed during our outings. Aside from peak hours around 5-6 PM when Line 3 in Guangzhou gets incredibly crowded (understandable during summer vacation), everything was great. I'll definitely be back, haha!

We were really pleased with the hotel we chose for our trip to Guangzhou. We originally picked it because it's newly opened and has a great atmosphere. My friend and I loved the decor – it's super photogenic! Our one-night stay went smoothly; the bed was comfortable, and it's really close to Canton Tower, Haixinsha, and Tee Mall.

Facilities: Fully equipped. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily. Environment: The environment was excellent and the bedding was comfortable. Service: The robot notified me when my takeout arrived, and the wake-up call service was prompt and on time.

The front desk staff were super friendly, especially the lady working the day shift – she was so thoughtful and made check-in a breeze. Even though I booked a windowless room, the layout and facilities were great, and the room felt really spacious. It's also conveniently located for sightseeing. When the weather's nice, you can head to the South China Botanical Garden for some fresh air. Highly recommend!

The hotel's late checkout service was excellent. Even though checkout is usually at 12 PM, they were able to arrange a late checkout for me since there were still plenty of rooms available. The front desk staff was very helpful, and we had a great rest here! I loved the hotel's design, and it was super convenient for dining and shopping. The only minor issue was that it could get a bit congested when taking a taxi around 5 PM, but that's understandable since the hotel is in the city center of Guangzhou, haha. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right outside the subway exit. The staff are all very friendly, and the rooms are clean and have a nice vibe. My child stayed here last year when they visited Guangzhou, and we chose to stay here again this year. Whether it was asking the butler for water or help heating food, they responded immediately and sent a robot to deliver or pick it up right away. The experience was excellent.

This hotel is surrounded by an abundance of dessert shops and amazing food, plus there are so many picturesque afternoon tea spots nearby. It made our trip to Guangzhou so convenient! I really regret not choosing this hotel for our first night. We only realized how perfect the location was once we arrived in the area – it's right outside the subway exit! Staying here was definitely a smart choice. The front desk staff were also lovely; they even helped us extend our check-out time. My friend and I absolutely loved it here, super satisfied!

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel bedding was incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well here! The environment is quite good, and the front desk staff were all very polite and courteous. They even helped us refrigerate some items and offered milk drinks. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou's Tianhe district – it's so convenient! We had a pleasant stay this time.
