Booked the Royal Family Suite for the New Year holiday. The environment is beautiful, very natural and far from the city. Taking a bath on a rainy day was incredibly comfortable, and at night, it felt like sleeping among wildlife. The hotel's room service was very convenient and thoughtful, making for a very comfortable stay. The only downside was that some staff members would mock the English accents and incorrect words of non-native English speaking guests, which was unpleasant. I hope they can improve their staff's service skills, though most of the staff were very courteous and polite.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful, friendly! To be honest, we did not make the most of the hotel considering the price we paid as we spent a lot of our time out in the town on excursions. The hotel room and balcony was beautiful - we stayed in a Jungle Suite room. I made a note that my wife and I had just got married in China, and although this holidays isn’t our full honeymoon, the hotel prepared a beautiful welcome in our room. The one down side was the hours of sunshine on the pool. It seemed to only get direct sunlight in the morning and then in the afternoon on a small portion of the pool.

While it's not a place you'll be frequenting downtown, it's a great option if you're looking for a quiet retreat. While restaurant options are limited, Grab delivery is available, so ordering food is a great option.

Great place😍rooms are spacious and clean👍gorgeous territory! The pool is very cool! Breakfasts are decent! The staff is friendly! I asked for a yoga mat - they provided it. There is a restaurant upstairs where you can watch the sunset and order various cocktails, tea, desserts, the place is quiet and calm! There are massage services, and they also helped at the reception to order a transfer to another place. They also helped organize a bike.
