Good: room is spacious, clean. We had a private pool which was also very clean. Hotel staff are nice and welcoming. Bad: the breakfast was terrible, for a 5 star hotel I expect buffet breakfast with more options. But this hotel only offers a 4 dishes breakfast(small serves), for each extra dish you need to pay extra. You can only have 2 drinks, one glass of juice and one cup of coffee. That’s it. Also the food tasted terrible. Fried rice was raw and The beef dumplings burst open and filling came out. I hope the restaurant pays more attention to quality control in the future. Mini bar didn’t have a bottle opener but almost all drinks need it.

Booked the Royal Family Suite for the New Year holiday. The environment is beautiful, very natural and far from the city. Taking a bath on a rainy day was incredibly comfortable, and at night, it felt like sleeping among wildlife. The hotel's room service was very convenient and thoughtful, making for a very comfortable stay. The only downside was that some staff members would mock the English accents and incorrect words of non-native English speaking guests, which was unpleasant. I hope they can improve their staff's service skills, though most of the staff were very courteous and polite.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful, friendly! To be honest, we did not make the most of the hotel considering the price we paid as we spent a lot of our time out in the town on excursions. The hotel room and balcony was beautiful - we stayed in a Jungle Suite room. I made a note that my wife and I had just got married in China, and although this holidays isn’t our full honeymoon, the hotel prepared a beautiful welcome in our room. The one down side was the hours of sunshine on the pool. It seemed to only get direct sunlight in the morning and then in the afternoon on a small portion of the pool.

While it's not a place you'll be frequenting downtown, it's a great option if you're looking for a quiet retreat. While restaurant options are limited, Grab delivery is available, so ordering food is a great option.

Great Hotel, wonderful service, delicious food! The staff upgraded my room to a villa with a pool upon check-in. Next time I'm in Bali I'll definitely stay here longer!
