Manxin Hotel Qingdao Zhanqiao Railway Station

Stayed for two nights and it exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, and the rooftop offers exclusive photo opportunities. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even more so than at many larger, more luxurious hotels I've stayed in. Definitely five-star worthy! The underground parking is convenient, perfect for those driving. The room included complimentary Laoshan cola, and breakfast was plentiful. A special thank you to the front desk lady who mailed my forgotten razor back to me. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Qingdao.

I was impressed as soon as I entered the hotel. Its location in the beautiful old town is super convenient for getting around, with a subway station right outside and close proximity to Qingdao High-Speed Railway Station. Upon entering, the staff were incredibly helpful, even bringing warm water. Check-in was a breeze with no waiting. They also offered great recommendations for local attractions. The hotel itself is spotless, and the rooftop offers fantastic photo opportunities. Plus, they have robots that deliver food right to your room door! The room was very quiet and peaceful.

Facilities: The heated toilet seats in the hotel were a nice touch, and there was plenty of hot water. The room had a large bed and a bathtub. The hotel breakfast was quite varied and tasty. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy, and the disposable amenities provided were comfortable to use. Environment: The hotel is located in the old town, close to a church and very near the pier. Guests can also access the rooftop for free to take stunning photos. Service: The staff were very enthusiastic and recommended some great local restaurants. Since the road in front of the hotel was closed for an event, they kindly provided us with free parking in a nearby underground garage.

Had a great time eating, sleeping, and playing here! The service was excellent, the location was perfect, everything was great. During the Chinese New Year, the roads were fully closed, which meant they couldn't arrange parking. The staff called us immediately, then used WeChat to give us detailed instructions on where to park. They had a 'smile in their voice' throughout the entire conversation, you could hear their cheerfulness even over the phone. It was so much fun, we loved it, and we'll definitely be back to stay here again!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! From check-in to check-out, every staff member was smiling, friendly, and attentive. A special shout-out to the housekeeping auntie, who, noticing we had a child, proactively provided extra bottled water and toiletries. These small details made us feel very welcome. The breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted great. The hotel was easy to find, and parking was convenient. It's truly rare to experience such thoughtful service in this city, and it definitely enhanced our trip. Five stars, highly recommend!
