Staying at the Golden Twin Towers on Nanbin Road offers an immersive experience of Chongqing's riverside romance. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows provide a breathtaking view, the hotel lobby is grand, and the guest room details are meticulously crafted. Breakfast even includes authentic Chongqing flavors. It's perfect for both a relaxing getaway and a photo-op. During my stay, Melody was incredibly thoughtful, which was a definite plus. Families traveling with children can confidently choose this hotel. The heated swimming pool and gym are well-maintained, offering a great way to relax and work out in your free time. Taxis to major attractions are easily accessible, and strolling along Nanbin Road is also very convenient.

I absolutely loved the decor style of the Sheraton Chongqing Hotel. It's elegantly European, and from the moment I stepped in, I felt like I'd entered a palace – luxurious and grand. The hotel's location is convenient; it only took 30 minutes to get there from the airport with no traffic, and getting around by taxi is very easy. The room decor is opulent. I read reviews saying the hotel was a bit old, but it's exceptionally well-maintained and looks like it's only 5 or 6 years old. The hotel service is excellent; the front desk staff are very warm and promptly followed up on all my check-in requests. Even for a guest like me with many demands, they were incredibly patient and helped arrange every single thing. This is highly commendable. The hotel's unbeatable river view is definitely something out-of-town friends should experience. Highly recommended.

When in Chongqing, a stay at the Sheraton Twin Towers Hotel is a must! I spent a long time choosing, looking at all the high-end hotels, and ultimately picked this one because of its iconic twin tower architecture. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was captivated by its European retro style. Plus, it offers incredible value for money. Nancy at the front desk was also great; she helped us upgrade our room. The night view is stunning, and it's even more atmospheric if it rains. There's also a dedicated viewing platform on the 8th floor, offering different beautiful vistas from every angle. The hotel also has a pool, and with plenty of elevators, you don't have to worry about long waits, even if you're on a high floor.

Excellent stay! The location is super convenient, and the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel is very quiet, and we even got a free upgrade. Plus, there are plenty of dining choices right outside the hotel. Highly recommend, 5 stars!

She was gentle and polite while handling check-in, and communicated with great patience, meticulously answering all my questions. Her efficiency was also impressive. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the hotel's attentiveness. The lobby had a grand yet comfortable atmosphere, and the front desk staff were warm and thoughtful. Check-in was efficient and seamless, and they even kindly asked about my room preferences. The room was spacious and bright, with a fantastic view – pulling back the curtains instantly lifted my mood. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and there were pillows of different firmness levels to choose from, leading to an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the water pressure was stable, making for a very relaxing shower.

I think the front desk staff could use a bit more training. Also, not every room has a river view; in fact, many rooms don't. The place is quite spacious, but the facilities are very old, and the elevator sensors are a bit faulty.
