Residence Inn Norwalk

Everything was very good at the hotel with the exception of the there was a terrible sewer smell when we arrived on Friday afternoon on the first floor entry from the parking area and again on the 4th floor going to our room. Seemed not to be as bad on Saturday but did notice it again strong this morning. The carpet on the 4th floor on the way to our room was very dated and dirty looking. The room itself was very clean and neat but could have used an extra blanket. Normally there is an extra blanket and pillow in the closet or in one of the drawers. All the staff was very nice and helpful during our stay. Will look to rebook this property again when we return to the area.

Terrible! Don’t stay here. Hotel is nice and in a good location but the music from the roof bar is awful. The walls were vibrating because the music was so loud. I called to complain and they essentially told me to go pound sand. Awful. Never staying there again!

Beautiful hotel. Nice, big, super clean rooms with a kitchenette and small living room area. Breakfast was good. Not the best I’ve seen but they had the basics. Staff was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Good breakfast , I did not go to the bar , however it seemed like a nice selection. Staff was friendly, parking was accessible

Very friendly staff, breakfast is great every morning, good location. Parking can be a little difficult in the evening as the garage is small, but they do have valet, but it’s not till later in the evening, but still A+.

Clean, Spacious, towels could be more whiter and may just need to be replaced after a while Other than that I will definitely go back

The breakfast was very good - good variety too chose from. Everything kept fresh and clean
