The room was a decent size with a small balcony. It was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, and the bathroom was quite spacious. The hotel is right next to the beach, and sun loungers are free to use. There's also a swimming pool. The hotel offers free airport transfers, but the times are fixed. Breakfast is included in the room rate; you can order up to two main courses and three drinks per person, and it was tasty and Instagram-worthy. Dinner was also good, and guests get a 20% discount. Snacks and drinks in the minibar are complimentary and refilled daily. They also provide two ice cream vouchers that you can redeem at the front desk anytime. The hotel offers various free activities, and you can take a buggy to their sister hotel's resort next door to participate. I tried the hotel's hot stone massage; the service was excellent. The price was certainly higher than outside, but with a 30% discount for guests, I found it acceptable. The hotel's front desk staff all spoke excellent English, so communication was seamless. Ms. Nhung's service was particularly patient and meticulous—highly recommended! Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, and I'd consider staying here again if I visit Phu Quoc!

The hotel room was very clean, the balcony offered a great view, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel's beach was also absolutely fantastic, with stunning views and beautiful water, and the sand was pure white.

The hotel is right next to the fishermen's slum. If you want to be woken up by locals blasting Vietnamese pop music in the morning, then this is the place for you. It's ridiculous that the hotel shuttle takes 12 minutes to get to the gym.

The hotel is close to the beach and has a fresh, resort-like decor. The small balcony overlooks the beach and the sea, making for a very comfortable stay. There's a spa right next door, and it's only about a fifteen-minute walk to the Regent. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great, so it can be a bit noisy.

The free breakfast was delicious and the environment was great. Everything was perfect!

Soul is truly an exceptional hotel experience. They offer a shuttle service to and from the airport, and the staff are incredibly warm and responsible, always promptly addressing my needs. The hotel is right by the sea, though the balcony in my second-floor room had its view of the ocean obstructed by trees. The breakfast is fantastic, served at the Sailing Club by the beach. You can order two main dishes and three drinks, and the staff there are also excellent and very responsive. Hotel guests also get a 25% discount on food and drinks, and free use of the beach loungers – all part of the Soul group. There's also a complimentary minibar, refilled daily, so anything you drink is replaced the next day. The hotel even helped me book a private car, and even though there was a surcharge during the ***** New Year, it was still much cheaper than booking elsewhere. Upon check-in, I received two ice cream vouchers, redeemable at any time. I absolutely love Soul! Booking Soul was the best decision I made on Phu Quoc Island!
