My overall stay was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel! The front desk staff were all incredibly enthusiastic and even spoke a little Chinese. They noticed I hadn't come down for breakfast and proactively checked in on me, which was a very thoughtful detail. It's my own fault for not making it to breakfast as I'm a late riser, even though I had booked it. When I made the reservation, I initially wanted to book a deluxe room, but due to limited availability, they first arranged for me to stay in a standard room. Later, when a deluxe room became available, they smoothly upgraded me. Throughout the room change process, the staff proactively helped me move my luggage all the way to the door of the new room, which was both considerate and thorough. When I checked out, they even gave me a Chiang Mai-themed luggage sticker as a souvenir. These little gifts were very memorable and showed a lot of thoughtfulness. The only minor drawback was a slightly strong odor in the bathroom. However, the cleanliness, facilities, and ambiance in other areas of the room were all excellent. My entire stay was comfortable and enjoyable, making my trip to Chiang Mai truly worthwhile. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

Very clean, stylish, and the breakfast was particularly beautiful and delicious! The location is also excellent; just around the corner is Wat Chedi Luang, and directly opposite Wat Chedi Luang is a fairly large 7-Eleven. There's a Chada Thai Massage shop opposite the hotel, which I randomly picked, and it was quite good.

This hotel is in a lively part of the old city. It's just a short walk down an alley to the Holiday Night Market, and there's a 7-Eleven very close by, which is super convenient for grabbing snacks. We were assigned a ground-floor room, so we could just open the door and go for a swim. There's a good selection of breakfast options, and the pork congee at the buffet was delicious.

The lady and gentleman at the front desk were very polite and welcoming. They were also enthusiastic in answering our questions about local attractions and travel plans. The accommodation itself was very comfortable.

Very good welcome, classic room with all amenities and especially a large balcony overlooking the pool. Excellent breakfast, attentive staff, a slightly small but very pleasant pool. The hotel is located in the historic center, so it's perfect for visiting the city. Very good value for money. I recommend it.

The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel has beautiful decor, very vintage. Most importantly, the cleanliness and hygiene are impeccable. The pool is always clean, and the restaurant serves good food. It was an excellent choice, close to many attractions. It's completely safe to walk around at night. It was a spectacular stay, and I highly recommend it.
