Fanjingshan Haoyu Resort

The hotel's surroundings are excellent, but the in-room facilities are outdated, like the traditional toilet. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, but the bellhop service needs improvement as they don't help guests with their luggage. The breakfast was really poor; I honestly think even a Home Inn offers better, so there's definitely room for improvement.

Highly recommend, I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. The room facilities are great, and the service is very warm and welcoming. We initially checked out a B&B that had good reviews online, but it didn't meet our expectations, so we came to this hotel instead. I'm so glad we did. Personally, I think a hotel is always the best choice when traveling.

Although the hotel is a little bit of a distance from Fanjing Mountain, the surroundings are very pleasant. Our balcony room offered beautiful views, was quite spacious, and came with well-equipped bathroom facilities. It was exceptionally quiet at night, ensuring a perfect sleep. Breakfast was primarily Chinese cuisine, offering a good variety, including freshly prepared local specialty noodles and rice vermicelli.

I highly recommend this hotel! The facilities are brand new and modern, featuring smart toilets and HD movie channels, showing great attention to detail. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted delicious. What's more, the soundproofing is exceptional, guaranteeing a peaceful stay undisturbed by external noise. Waking up and opening the window, the view that greeted me was simply breathtakingly serene. My stay was absolutely perfect, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

After a strenuous hike up Fanjingshan, we drove to the hotel for a much-needed rest. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and courteous, even providing a complimentary room upgrade. A staff member then kindly escorted me to the elevator. The lobby was grand and impressive. Our room was spacious and felt well-appointed, clearly benefiting from a recent renovation. I particularly appreciated the bathroom's 'three-separation' design (separate wet and dry areas), and the overall cleanliness was excellent. The mattress was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was strong yet quiet. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, truly having something for everyone. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, where the male server was very attentive, and the prices were quite reasonable. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. All the pillows were uniformly high, which was uncomfortable for me as I prefer a lower pillow, making it difficult to fall asleep. In the morning, when I went to shower, it took over ten minutes for the hot water to come on, and even then, it was only lukewarm. It wasn't hot enough to properly wash my hair, so I just quickly rinsed off and got out to avoid getting cold.

The hotel is quite large, and the rooms are spacious with balconies. The soundproofing is excellent. It boasts a full range of amenities, beautiful surroundings and views, and a swimming pool where the kids had a blast. Fanjingshan is just over a 20-minute drive away.

Facilities: The facilities are truly 5-star, which is particularly impressive given its location right within the Fanjingshan scenic area. Cleanliness: Impeccably clean, with prompt and thorough housekeeping. Environment: Situated at the foot of the mountain, the air is incredibly fresh. The area, often feeling like a 'Sky City,' is frequently enveloped in stunning clouds and mist. Service: The service was excellent. My takeout order went missing from the lobby's delivery box, and the hotel staff proactively helped me resolve the issue!

It's conveniently located near JiangKou county town, approximately a 15-minute drive to Fanjing Mountain. **Cleanliness:** The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious. We even received a complimentary upgrade! **Environment:** There's an outdoor swimming pool. The main downside was some noise in the mornings due to a real estate development under construction nearby. I imagine the surroundings will be much more peaceful once that project is completed. **Service:** The service was good, and breakfast was decent overall. **Note:** YunShe Ancient Town is not far from the hotel, but we only had a quick look around as the weather was too hot during our visit.
