Overall, the hotel felt quite luxurious, and for the price, I thought the experience was really good. Plus, the front desk even upgraded our room, and I found their service attitude to be excellent. However, the only issue was that the soundproofing in the room was terrible. It felt like people talking outside were right next to my ear. Every morning, there were kids and people singing and shouting everywhere. Since the door had no soundproofing, the noise made it impossible for me to sleep. The disturbance started around 6 AM and went on until almost 10 AM. I lost about 4 hours of sleep and could only snatch a quick nap before getting up at 11 AM. For someone like me who usually goes to bed around 1 or 2 AM, it was absolute torture. It probably ruined my day out today. I hope the hotel can: 1. Find a way to improve the soundproofing of the doors. 2. If it can't be fixed, provide earplugs for guests. Anyway, I think there's definitely room for improvement in this area.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The family room was fully equipped and beautifully decorated, making our little one incredibly happy – they literally shrieked with joy the moment we walked in. The hotel staff were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond by giving us a thoughtful guide to Fanjingshan, which saved us so much time and allowed us to visit all the attractions. We're truly grateful. It was such a memorable trip, and we can't wait for our next visit!

The hotel's surroundings are excellent, but the in-room facilities are outdated, like the traditional toilet. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, but the bellhop service needs improvement as they don't help guests with their luggage. The breakfast was really poor; I honestly think even a Home Inn offers better, so there's definitely room for improvement.

This hotel perfectly met my travel needs. The rooms are spacious, and there's a self-service laundry room with a dryer. The hotel environment is quiet, and there are chargers right outside, making it super convenient to charge devices. The front desk service is excellent, and they replenish drinking water daily. The blackout curtains in the room ensure you won't be disturbed if you need to catch up on sleep during the day. The bathroom has great water pressure and is well-equipped. The service is attentive and thoughtful. I highly recommend it; it's definitely the top choice for a hotel in the county.

Highly recommend, I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. The room facilities are great, and the service is very warm and welcoming. We initially checked out a B&B that had good reviews online, but it didn't meet our expectations, so we came to this hotel instead. I'm so glad we did. Personally, I think a hotel is always the best choice when traveling.

Although the hotel is a little bit of a distance from Fanjing Mountain, the surroundings are very pleasant. Our balcony room offered beautiful views, was quite spacious, and came with well-equipped bathroom facilities. It was exceptionally quiet at night, ensuring a perfect sleep. Breakfast was primarily Chinese cuisine, offering a good variety, including freshly prepared local specialty noodles and rice vermicelli.

I highly recommend this hotel! The facilities are brand new and modern, featuring smart toilets and HD movie channels, showing great attention to detail. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted delicious. What's more, the soundproofing is exceptional, guaranteeing a peaceful stay undisturbed by external noise. Waking up and opening the window, the view that greeted me was simply breathtakingly serene. My stay was absolutely perfect, and I've already recommended it to my friends!
