The Phoenician, a Luxury Collection Resort, Scottsdale

This was an amazing place to stay. The property is quite large, offering a lot of amenities. Check in was very easy, and the concierge was incredibly helpful to us giving great ideas on activities such and hiking. If you have a chance to get a spa treatment, I'd highly suggest it. Their spa facility is incredible. I definitely look forward to our next trip here.

10 out of 10 Seriously, everything is fabulous at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The service is great. We ate at four different places on this property and the food was amazing at each of them. So glad we stayed here as we were not disappointed!

Amazing pool areas! Great drink and food options and service at the pool was excellent. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Restaurant was good too. Room was clean and very spacious. Only issue was our room AC was loud & the sheets did not smell so fresh and clean.

I spent hours unwinding at the rooftop spa pool, and I can honestly say I left floating. But what really made this stay exceptional was the service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful...from valet to concierge to the poolside attendants. They didn’t just meet expectations, they anticipated our needs. One staff member even gave us spot-on recommendations for local restaurants and lounges that ended up being highlights of our trip. This hotel understands the meaning of true hospitality. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just in need of a luxurious escape, The Phoenician will wrap you in comfort, class, and a kind of care that’s hard to put into words. The Phoenician is very relaxing , clean and the service is excellent, I was solo and felt very safe !

it took long to check in , room wasnt ready at 4pm, switched us to a different room which has no pool view and i paid for pool view room , the first room they gave us there was spiders... early morning non stop gardener blowing which made us wake up early! overall not a good experience !
