Excellent!!! Spa was awesome! Service by pool was excellent!!!

This was an amazing place to stay. The property is quite large, offering a lot of amenities. Check in was very easy, and the concierge was incredibly helpful to us giving great ideas on activities such and hiking. If you have a chance to get a spa treatment, I'd highly suggest it. Their spa facility is incredible. I definitely look forward to our next trip here.

10 out of 10 Seriously, everything is fabulous at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The service is great. We ate at four different places on this property and the food was amazing at each of them. So glad we stayed here as we were not disappointed!

Staff is outstanding. Politeness that feels sincere. That’s a rarity nowadays so I am very appreciative of that.

Amazing pool areas! Great drink and food options and service at the pool was excellent. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Restaurant was good too. Room was clean and very spacious. Only issue was our room AC was loud & the sheets did not smell so fresh and clean.

The property itself is immaculate; modern elegance with a classic touch. The grounds are perfectly maintained, the pools are serene and photo-worthy, and the spa? Absolutely divine. I spent hours unwinding at the rooftop spa pool, and I can honestly say I left floating. But what really made this stay exceptional was the service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful...from valet to concierge to the poolside attendants. They didn’t just meet expectations, they anticipated our needs. One staff member even gave us spot-on recommendations for local restaurants and lounges that ended up being highlights of our trip. This hotel understands the meaning of true hospitality. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just in need of a luxurious escape, The Phoenician will wrap you in comfort, class, and a kind of care that’s hard to put into words. I can't wait to return. Consider this my official love letter to The Phoenician.

Old school charm meets modern expectations This place is fabulous in every way. The spa was top notch. My husband and I each had a facial. The pool area was immaculate and immense. The breakfast was to die for and the cocktails and steakhouse were also very nice. Best part for me as a nature lover was the gorgeous cactus garden. Can’t wait to stay here again.
