Unforgettable Vibes!!! The best hotel of our first Shanghai family trip! Staying at Banyan Tree on the Bund made our first family trip to Shanghai truly extraordinary. It was the best part of our entire vacation. The service was also best memory. Every staff member spoke excellent English and paid amazing attention to detail throughout our stay. The location on the North Bund is perfect—peaceful, adjacent to a great riverside jogging track, yet highly convenient with easy access to shopping centers and the Metro line. Our room featured magnificent views overlooking The Bund and the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower. The panorama was so breathtaking we could have easily spent the whole day just admiring it from inside. Furthermore, the breakfast spread was premium, diverse, and delightful. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Banyan Tree on the Bund. You will not be disappointed!

Butler service from Ms. Cynthia was fantastic and very enthusiastic. She happened to be assisting many international guests during our check-in, and she handled it with great professionalism. The hotel is located right by the river, offering wonderful views day and night, yet it is also very quiet. There is a dedicated walkway connecting directly to the North Bund greenway. The breakfast spread is rich with plenty of options, and the bathtub is cleaned and refilled by dedicated staff.
