Courtyard Brownsville The pool was closed but we had no idea since there was no signage. Staff had to tell us that the pool was closed. In total we had 3 rooms and one room had cold water for the shower. We were told we would get free breakfast for all the issues and then were charged for the breakfast. Very disappointed

This hotel was so clean, and the staff was so courteous and professional. The staff at the bistro in the morning were so polite and kind and offered us free coffee and fruit and cereal. They have other options for purchase as well.
