Great campsite, perfect location, right by the water! There's everything; a well-equipped kitchen, hot showers, clean toilets, picnic tables... We arrived late-ish, with no bookings, but luckily the owner of the campsite greeted us and gave us a cabin which was perfect after a few days of hiking in the magnificent Hardangervidda park. We'll always have a very fond memory of "Cabin 07"!!

This is a nice camping site surrounded by great nature. It has toilets, showers, family room with shower and toilet, kitchen, washing area and a reception/kiosk with basic necessities. Cleanliness was okay. It has a basic playground for kids and some boats for rowing. There is not much to do around but downtown Eidfjord is only 5 minutes away for some shops. The Norwegian Culture Center is 15 min walk from campsite which includes a restaurant.

Starting for the rude guy in the reception and ending up with very poor facilities, they charge for everything and the toilets barely clean. No bar neither a small shop. Electricity poles are a big problem because they have a few ones and very separated. Is a camping for a one night stay on the way to Bergen.

Sæbø Camping is located at a beautiful location at the end of the Eidfjordvatnet, which is an end of the Hardangerfjord. Tents have a premium spot directly at the lake. Motorhomes and caravans occupy the 90% rest of the camping. Route 7 is convenient close, but actually a bit too close to really enjoy the sounds of the always present surrounding waterfalls. Sanitair is outdated and too small and little for the number of visitors on this site during high season. The place is run by a dedicated caretaker or owner.

Very beautiful place on near of fjord and mountains. Road was close and trucks drive overnight but it didn't effect for sleeping. We were there in tent pitch so can't say anything about cabins. Free electric spots to charge phones. Good sanitiser places and showers.

Smell of pee, unfriendly staff at the front desk and absolutely over priced. Bed and furnirures are extremely old. I got a back pain sleeping there one night. Really vlcant recommend that place for the level of care put in the furnitures, in choosing good workers and paying attention to the cleanness

Leuke camping aan meer, sanitair douches prima. Toilets/ keuken minder. Verwacht verder niet teveel dan valt het mee. Camping is mooie uitvalbasis voor de watervallen Voringfossen. Lekker zwemwater.

Wir hatten eine kleine Hütte für eine Zwischenübernachtung. War sehr günstig, aber extrem minimalistisch eingerichtet. Nur Betten, Tisch und ein Kühlschrank. Zum Wasser holen ein Kanister und eine kleine mobile Herdplatte. Drei Teller, dreimal Besteck, das war's. Kein Waschbecken, keine Spülschüssel, nichts! Sanitäranlagen sind so einigermaßen. Der Empfang nicht sehr freundlich und das Personal mundfaul und gleichgültig. Wir waren auf unserer Norwegenrundreise schon auf ganz anderen Plätzen die um vieles besser waren. Hierher kommen wir jedenfalls nicht mehr.
