Lone Pine Budget Inn

Room was clean with no concerns. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We called ahead to do a late check-in with no issues. Good location about half an hour from the Mt. Whitney trailhead

Couldn’t beat the price, had a dead fly that I cleaned in the window and one live fly that was harassing me lol. I wasn’t picky though I was exhausted had just summited Mt Whitney!

The ac made a lot of noise (automatic or low did not make a difference) and didn’t cool as you would suspect from the noise.

A great budget option if you’re ok with an older property that needs renovation. I was hiking and this stay was better than camping at least you had warm shower, cool A/C and convenience to town dining and shopping if interested. Staff was helpful and friendly!

This place is a perfect basecamp for hiking Inyo National Forest and Mt Whitney. Couldn't of asked for a better spot. I recommend this place.

Nice staff, efficient operation. They allowed me to park my vehicle behind their property for five days while I was hiking up in the John Muir Trail.

You get what you pay for. You get a room and it’s a cheap option. Rooms were fairly clean and small. I didn’t like the sheets and the pillows. Didn’t feel or smell fresh. Refrigerator was loud as heck. I probably won’t be coming back. But it’s definitely a budget option.

Older property but we'll maintained and clean. The staff at the front desk was very kind and check in was easy.

The place is a good hotel, if you want a quiet hotel to stay the night, it’s perfect. There is no amenities so dont look for brkfst or gym or what not, it’s a Hotel!
