Claimed to be handicap accessible 1 grab bar in a high wall tub. 1 elevator 1 broken. Services available only on certain days. Room was old and dingy and no food except snacks

Terrible
Very unclean, holes in wall, stinks, no restaurant, very hateful staff, we didn’t even stay. Had to argue to get refund

What once was, is no more.
Hotel is dated.
Cleanliness was lacking, room had a stale moldy smell. One of the main reason for choice of hotel was for the Bar and Grill, which was closed due to management change. Breakfast buffet was decent.
It had the bones of a once really hotel, that has fallen into cheap management group. There was a giant puddle of water on walkway on fourth floor. I had spotted it and missed out on a great lawsuit opportunity.
I would stay again for the price if Bar and Grill was reopened.

The advertised restaurant was never open. The A/C in our room blew ice cold air and could not be adjusted.

Hotel needs a lot of work. Needs new paint, new parking lot, and general upkeep. It was more like staying at a Motel 6 than a resort style hotel.
