The hotel is conveniently located, the front desk staff are very friendly, and the room is very clean.

The staff was incredibly nice and I really liked the room and view. On WeChat, the staff sends a very detailed messages about how to send things to the hotel or room (such as food). This is incredibly for foreign travellers who don’t know how to do this (especially if you don’t have a Chinese number). they also send PDFSs that have suggestions about places to eat and to do around the city with step by step details on how to get there from the hotel. The staff also spoke good English and used translators when needed! It was a bit hard to find at first but the staff send a message and pictures outlining how to find it which helped a lot!

Hôtel location is excellent, right next to Jiefangbei pedestrian area, minutes walk to lots of restaurants and night market/street food area, and Jiaochangkou metro stop. The laundry service is $48 unlimited during your stay, proves to be excellent as we stayed for 6 nights. The staff is friendly and helpful. Room is well decorated, functional and comfortable. A lot of foreign guests. You can hear the next room if they are loud, contact the front desk via WeChat if that happens and they will try their best to sort it out. Will return if we are in Chongqing again.

An amazing experience. The staff is super attentive and nice, assisting with anything you need. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the view from the room is unbelievably beautiful.

Incredible location, incredible support, and for a foreigner travelling outstanding value for money. If you’re staying in Chongqing, this is the place if you’re looking for high quality service at a low price!
