Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley People's Park Subway Station Atour S Hotel

The hotel facilities are very new, the bedding is comfortable, and it's spotlessly clean. I booked a superior courtyard room with a balcony, and even though the hotel is next to the road, it was incredibly quiet sitting on the balcony in the morning – I couldn't hear any noise at all. People's Park is right across the street, and they even gave me a discount coupon for Hemin Teahouse, which I enjoyed using.

We chose this Atour S Hotel for our trip to Chengdu with the kids this time, and the overall stay was exceptionally satisfying; my little one loved it the whole time. The hotel is right next to Renmin Park subway station, and it's a short walk to Kuanzhai Alley, which made getting around and visiting attractions super easy with a child. The Jimu Twin Room we booked was spacious, with two beds that were perfectly comfortable. The deep-sleep bedding provided was very high quality, and after a full day of sightseeing, my child fell asleep peacefully the moment they hit the bed. The Le Labo toiletries had a pleasant and mild scent, making them safe for kids. All the room facilities were well-maintained and looked new, spotlessly clean with no hidden corners, so there were no complaints about hygiene. The hotel lobby had an elegant and quiet ambiance, and the public areas were clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, even greeting my child proactively, and they were quick to respond whenever we needed assistance. Overall, the location is excellent, the stay was comfortable and hassle-free, making it perfect for a family trip. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Chengdu.

I always love staying at Atour, and this location is incredibly convenient. It's right across from People's Park and the Panda Post Office, making it super easy to get around. They even gave us a welcome gift and a souvenir when we checked in. The self-service laundry facilities were also a huge plus. Highly recommend!
