Residence Inn East Lansing

I felt right at home the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel facilities and especially loved the breakfast in the morning. I will definitely choose this lovely, homey hotel for my next visit to East Lansing.

The staff was gracious and allowed me a late checkout which really saved me from wasting time. Thank you!

Our room needed to cleaned more throughly. There were smears of food/residue on the furniture. The wall art work was damage (ripped) and needed to be replaced or taken down. The room itself smelled like dogs/pets. There were finger and handprints on the bathroom walls. It just wasn’t throughly cleaned, maybe wiped down at best.

Clean room, lobby, everything was great! We will definitely be back! The staff was so friendly also!!

We stay here every time we go to Michigan State. The staff is always friendly and accommodating however, our room had ants in the bathroom and that was absolutely disgusting! Please keep your rooms, up-to-date, and maintenance and properly taken care of.
