It is impossible not to confuse hotel entrances and exits. The first ones to arrive are definitely having a problem.
The exit of the hotel is on the 3rd floor
One night I couldn't sleep because there were people fighting in the rooms. I didn't find the hotel suitable for a family with children.

Had a bad experience because the room I was given was very poor, facing the parking lot and too close. I had to keep the curtains drawn all day, and the room smelled musty. The only good thing about it was its location, right next to Central Samui.

The hotel is just beside a mall call central sumui.with alots of shops and eatery. And also a nigh market open everyday. 10min walk to the beach ⛱️ recommended

The room was very clean, but there weren't any extra amenities. It's not a resort, just a good place to sleep. Suitable for solo travelers, but not ideal for couples or families.

Basic hotel but for what you pay its good enough. Unfortunately the windows/l can’t open and there is no balcony. But overall its good enough.
Many people complain about not able to find the reception/room but once they explain its clear. See photo!

No in room telephone. Any request need to be communicate via their apps, which is either respond late or no respond. Urgent! please go to their counter. Self service laundromat for 40baht washing of 10kg and 60baht for drying of 20kg. Rental of motorcycle available for 300baht for lower cc. Deposit of passport or 5000baht. Hotel located in Central Samui Mall. For what i see they treat better with Caucasian guest and not Asian guest. (that is my view).
