La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich

For this price, the room is a bit small, and the corner room barely offers a view of the lake. However, the overall service was decent, and the cleanliness was acceptable.

The actual experience was vastly different from the pictures on the platform; I felt cheated. The lake-view room, costing over 10,000 yuan a night, had a messy balcony covered in flags, offering only a sliver of lake view. The room itself was pitifully small, cramped even for one person… Breakfast was meager, and the tableware was filthy (I asked the staff to change the plates twice, but by the third time they brought them, they were completely unappetizing). Besides the good location (right next to Bahnhofstrasse), the only redeeming quality was the elderly doorman. Hearing I was taking a taxi to Interlaken, he specifically reminded the driver to be careful and make sure to take me to my destination. The four-star service rating is only for the old man; otherwise, I wouldn't give it a single point.

The rooms in foreign countries are generally small. It was good to travel abroad during the May Day holiday. The service was very good, the customer service was very gentle, and the overall feeling was good. But it was a holiday. The price is still a bit high
