There were a lot of people at the lobby check-in counter. Thankfully, we booked a room with club lounge access so we were able to check-in fast and easy. Over-all experience was good, the staff were very accomodative.

We went there on a weekend, since its a holiday season the hotel lobby is too crowded. But the staff are attentive and helpful. Location wise this hotel is perfect if you want to explore bgc.

Good hotel with complete amenities. Stayed here for a work trip, location is walking distance to the CBD in BGC, as well as multiple malls and retail lots surrounding it.

Our stay overall was good! The location is convenient and easy to reach, though the lobby can get a bit crowded at times. The service was excellent — the staff were very accommodating and did their best to make our stay special. I had requested a birthday surprise, and while they tried their best, the birthday banners unfortunately didn’t stay up and ended up scattered on the floor. Also, the swimming pool was under renovation during our stay, so we missed out on that experience. Still, we appreciated the effort and had a pleasant stay overall.
