The price was very high and the service was mediocre. I've stayed in many hotels like this... The only advantage of choosing this one was its proximity to the Grand Waterfall... but they only drop you off at the entrance. For all other attractions, you have to take the shuttle bus back and forth. We exited the Grand Waterfall at the wrong place and asked if they could pick us up, even though it was less than 200 meters away. They refused, saying the shuttle bus couldn't leave the designated route, etc. Is there no other car besides the shuttle? Breakfast ends at 10 AM, and I personally think it should be extended by half an hour, especially since the nearby attractions require at least two hours of walking. You'll be exhausted when you return to the hotel... The temperature in the hotel's hot spring pools varied greatly, with some feeling like cold water... and they weren't very clean either... This hotel is quite old... I recommend a renovation.

The hotel staff were very service-oriented, warm, attentive, and responsive. We were also satisfied with breakfast, especially the delicious Guizhou specialty snacks. The lush greenery in the garden was very appealing, creating a strong vacation vibe. The all-wood colored room felt very warm and pleasant. It was a great stay, and I highly recommend it.

The Banyan Tree Anshun (Huangguoshu) offers an excellent stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with luxurious decor, and the surroundings are quiet. It's conveniently located for sightseeing. The design seamlessly blends with nature, creating a serene and tranquil environment. The service is meticulous and thoughtful, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. Overall, it's a high-quality hotel, perfect for those seeking a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended.

This hotel is located right within the scenic area, and we were greeted with a welcome ceremony and a small gift upon arrival at the lobby. The private hot spring in the room was fantastic; we could enjoy the mountain views while soaking. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the VIP entrance of the Grand Waterfall, which saved us a lot of walking. The hotel service was outstanding; every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming.

The hotel's interior and exterior, as well as the suite decorations, are all excellent. Beyond the satisfying hardware, what truly stands out is the exceptional service. The staff are attentive, considerate, and highly responsible. They even offer professional advice regarding sightseeing and travel plans, which is a testament to their expertise. Dongmei, who was our contact person, provided thoughtful and detailed instructions the day before we checked in, covering every little thing with proactive enthusiasm. We truly felt at home. I want to give a special shout-out to her. I hope the hotel continues to thrive and achieve even greater success.

This was the most satisfying hotel of our trip to Guizhou. We had a green pass to enter the scenic area and could book the Shuiliandong Cave on the same day. It made our family's visit to the scenic spot so much fun. We booked a suite, and the room even had its own hot spring, so we could soak anytime. Every staff member was incredibly enthusiastic. I highly recommend the hotel's travel photography service. Our clothes even came back smelling lovely and fresh after washing. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

The environment is quiet and elegant, and all suites have their own outdoor heated pools. The service makes you feel right at home, and the hotel's food is delicious 😋. All in all, I'm very satisfied, especially considering the price.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of privacy and service. Our dedicated butler had already contacted us to arrange everything before we even arrived. By the time we checked in, they had already booked our tickets, reserved our spot at Shuiliandong, and made dinner reservations. Our room had a private hot tub, and we could watch little squirrels跳 around in the trees outside our window. During the day, when the crowds were out, we stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the complimentary batik workshop and the hot springs. This was a perfect way to avoid the bustling crowds at Huangguoshu Waterfall during the holiday. By using the hotel's private access in the early mornings and evenings, we were able to experience the beautiful Huangguoshu Waterfall with fewer people, even during the May Day holiday.
