This was the most satisfying hotel of our trip to Guizhou. We had a green pass to enter the scenic area and could book the Shuiliandong Cave on the same day. It made our family's visit to the scenic spot so much fun. We booked a suite, and the room even had its own hot spring, so we could soak anytime. Every staff member was incredibly enthusiastic. I highly recommend the hotel's travel photography service. Our clothes even came back smelling lovely and fresh after washing. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

The environment is quiet and elegant, and all suites have their own outdoor heated pools. The service makes you feel right at home, and the hotel's food is delicious 😋. All in all, I'm very satisfied, especially considering the price.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of privacy and service. Our dedicated butler had already contacted us to arrange everything before we even arrived. By the time we checked in, they had already booked our tickets, reserved our spot at Shuiliandong, and made dinner reservations. Our room had a private hot tub, and we could watch little squirrels跳 around in the trees outside our window. During the day, when the crowds were out, we stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the complimentary batik workshop and the hot springs. This was a perfect way to avoid the bustling crowds at Huangguoshu Waterfall during the holiday. By using the hotel's private access in the early mornings and evenings, we were able to experience the beautiful Huangguoshu Waterfall with fewer people, even during the May Day holiday.

My stay at Bailian Hotel Huangguoshu far exceeded my expectations. It was an incredibly relaxing escape, almost flawless from start to finish, with only two minor details worth mentioning. The room design beautifully showcased an elegant Oriental style. It was spacious and airy, with exquisite, high-quality soft furnishings. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the amenities were complete and top-notch, making it perfect for both relaxation and enjoying the views. The hot springs were a major highlight; the pools were nestled discreetly within the mountains, offering a serene and private environment. The water temperature was perfect, and soaking in the mist-shrouded pools was a fantastic experience, allowing me to relax my mind and body while enjoying the natural beauty. The service was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, attentive, and patient. They were always quick to respond to any requests, providing thoughtful and discreet service that made me feel truly cared for. The food was also exceptionally satisfying. The ingredients were fresh and authentic, and the dishes were outstanding. Both the refined dinner and the extensive breakfast balanced nutrition and taste perfectly, delighting my palate. The only slight drawbacks were the somewhat strong smell of the wooden furniture in the room, which dissipated after opening the windows, and the occasional presence of a few mosquitoes, which could be managed with repellents. Overall, these minor imperfections did not detract from the overall experience. The hotel delivered top-tier quality in terms of environment, facilities, service, and dining. It truly stands out as an excellent vacation choice around Huangguoshu, and I highly recommend it.

The hot spring was fantastic! We even had a thoughtful touch of peach resin waiting for us in our room at night. The extra services were really well done. However, breakfast was quite ordinary, and the gym was tiny. The best part is how incredibly convenient it is for visiting Huangguoshu Waterfall. Overall, I'm still very, very satisfied! I'll probably come back during the summer.

Excellent! The environment is very comfortable. I didn't want to go anywhere once I was settled in. The hot spring on the terrace is perfect for kids; they spent half a day playing in it every day.

My first trip to Guiyang was full of surprises, yet also tinged with regret. The breathtaking natural scenery was a feast for the eyes, and the rich history and culture spurred me to explore. However, the overall experience of food, accommodation, and transportation during a trip is paramount. Choosing the Banyan Tree Anshun was a terrible mistake! I subjectively thought Banyan Tree was part of the Hyatt group, like Park Hyatt😂, but the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I realized how mistaken I was😂. The lobby was vast and empty, the greeter's smile was stiff, and the front desk staff were unprofessionally wooden in their speech. The overly aggressive wood-paneled decor and Chinese-style furniture made everything feel cheap and haphazard. Seeing my family's disappointed faces, I could only manage an awkward laugh, after all, a 3-night stay at 15,000 RMB is non-refundable😂. The hotel grounds were extensive, but the details were a mess. Untended branches and fallen leaves made it look desolate. The room was large, but the sleep quality was non-existent. The cheap mattress made you feel every single spring😂, and every time I turned over, my wife would wake up😂. I woke up with an aching back every morning. Even more comically, the cleaning lady would come at 8:50 AM, shouting to wake you up and clean the room! Her loud voice through the door made it sound like she was serenading us with folk songs early in the morning😂. During breakfast, I could only see about 15 people dining, yet guests constantly had to call out, 'Waiter, the coffee machine is out of water and milk! And the juice is gone too!' The openly displayed cutlery on the tables and food scraps under them made me question the hygiene of the dining experience. What truly surprised me was the hotel's waterfall afternoon tea, which wasn't located within the hotel but required a car ride to a so-called 'teahouse' in the scenic area. The teahouse's balcony directly overlooked the waterfall, and we were served a pot of strong tea, a pot of white tea, plus 12 casually made small pastries😂😂😂. My daughter said they were the worst macarons she had ever tasted! No coffee was available, as it was strictly a Chinese-style experience! You could only drink tea here! I forgot to mention, the hotel lobby also only offers tea, nothing else! Perhaps Guizhou only produces tea and nothing else, like coffee! We simply couldn't appreciate the tea culture. I took one sip of tea, and my daughter took 2-3 bites of the pastries. Then came the bill, which perhaps my poverty limits my imagination! 1550 RMB! After signing, I immediately checked the average salary in Guizhou on Xiaohongshu (a social media platform)😂. At the end of our trip, on the way to the airport, the driver told us that Guizhou's tourism industry started relatively late and needs time to adapt. I agree with him; any endeavor needs time to be refined. Here's wishing Guizhou's tourism industry all the best!

Stayed during the off-season and got upgraded to a suite. The room was very comfortable with a lovely Chinese-style decor. The private hot spring was also great. The outdoor hot springs were empty, so we had the whole place to ourselves at night. The service was also a pleasant surprise; as soon as we got out of the car, we were greeted with tea and towels, and even given a necklace as a gift – a very nice touch. It's also very convenient for visiting Huangguoshu Waterfall! The dinner included in the package was delicious, you could tell the ingredients were good. The only downside was the breakfast… it felt too much like pre-made food.
