The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for transportation, and the parking lot is very easy to use. The breakfast was good, but the area was a bit stuffy. The bell staff were very enthusiastic in greeting us and showing us to our room. On the second night, the air conditioning started making a loud noise. It was fixed, but the sound returned by the morning we checked out.

The hotel facilities are decent, and the breakfast offers a good variety. Its beachfront location is fantastic, and being close to a lively area is very convenient.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the beach, and the service is great. The breakfast selection is abundant. The only downside is that the room was a bit damp, and the air conditioning didn't have a dehumidifying function. I'd still consider staying here again next time I visit Patong.

I booked a twin room, but when I arrived, they only had a king-size bed. However, they proactively offered to make up the sofa bed for the kids, and the next day they asked if we wanted to switch rooms, which was a nice gesture. The premium room seems newly renovated, and the facilities are good. The large pool is pretty clean, but the water quality is poor; my shower filter turned yellow after just one night. Karon's water is much better; the filter stayed clean for two days there. Patong Beach is a 10-minute walk away. We tried jet skiing and parasailing, which were safe and fun. Overall, the service was decent; they helped with luggage without being asked, but they weren't as genuinely warm as the Marina Resort – their moods changed quickly. The hotel restaurant's food is quite good if you don't feel like going out to eat.

This IHG Holiday Inn Resort in Phuket is an absolute must-stay for families! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and polite, and the kids' facilities are plentiful. Our children had a blast at the kids' club. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to Jungceylon shopping center, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The pool is huge and fantastic for playing. I highly recommend it for families. Just a small suggestion regarding breakfast: the boiled eggs were difficult to peel, with the shell sticking to the egg on two occasions. Hope this can be improved.

Room service was great, and all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was acceptable, though the facilities were a bit dated, but overall it was a good experience. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a five-minute walk to Patong Beach and very close to the Smart Bus stop. It's also easy to get to malls like Jungceylon. The hotel's management is very efficient, the staff are well-trained, and the breakfast was abundant and not crowded or noisy. The hotel isn't very large, which is understandable for Patong. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Beyond its good location, this place has no redeeming qualities. The room's facilities are really old; the air conditioner is an ancient rotary dial without a temperature display. The lighting in the room is very dim. My biggest complaint, however, is the water quality. I brought a filter shower head, and it turned black within ten seconds of installation. At the previous hotel, The Emerald, I used it for three days, and it only turned slightly yellow. Here, there were even visible suspended particles as soon as I put it on.

I'd give this hotel a solid thumbs up! It's split into two sections, and they explained clearly upon check-in that the villa area's pool is exclusive, which I understood. The staff are generally excellent; they're proactive in greeting guests. Special shout-out to the guy at the main building's pool entrance – he'd high-five the kids, which was a lovely touch. They even help direct traffic when crossing the road to ensure everyone's safety. Patong Beach is just across the road, and Jungceylon shopping mall is a mere 15-minute walk away. There are tons of dining options nearby, and the breakfast spread is fantastic – absolutely superb!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the bustling Patong area. It's just a short walk across the road to the beach, and there's a Starbucks and McDonald's nearby. Make sure to book a 'Superior Room' as these are in the newly renovated building. The largest swimming pool is exclusive to Superior Room guests. Housekeeping is very thorough and efficient; they clean all day, so even if you wake up late, just press the cleaning button when you head out in the afternoon, and they'll take care of your room. The old building, where the lobby is, hasn't been renovated, and that's where the kids' play pool is located. Guests from both the new and old buildings can use it. (Note: There are many Indian guests in the old building). It's perfect for families with kids who love spending their days in the pool.
