Crowne Plaza HOTEL&SUITES LANDMARK SHENZHEN by IHG

The service was excellent, and we got a free room upgrade. The room was much larger and very quiet. There are plenty of shopping malls nearby, and it's not far from Dongmen Walking Street and the subway station. The breakfast area also features an open-air terrace dining space. Complimentary fruits and drinks were provided.

Fuyuan has always been a go-to hotel on my list when visiting Shenzhen, thanks to its convenient location and comfortable facilities! Special thanks to Peter for his helpful arrangements. Due to the fully booked situation during the Canton Fair, although I used Ctrip points to redeem for early check-in when booking, there were still no rooms available when I arrived at the hotel at 2 PM. I'd like to thank Amy for arranging for my daughter and me to wait in the Executive Lounge, where we were able to pick up our room keys directly and check in after an hour.

The room was spacious! The hotel upgraded us to a semi-open suite. I chose this hotel for its excellent location; it's right across from Dongmen, making it convenient to go anywhere. You have shopping and all sorts of food right there. My child really enjoyed the hotel swimming pool.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially for a National Day trip. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a larger room, which was very spacious. The hotel is also conveniently located near Laomendong, within walking distance to a bustling food street and a shopping mall nearby.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. Check-in was handled at the lounge, and the lounge staff, Zoe and Najah, were incredibly enthusiastic and proactive in helping me resolve an issue with a third-party booking. Their attitude was excellent. Although the hotel has been renovated a while ago, all the facilities are fully functional, and the rooms are spacious, making it suitable for families and friends traveling together.

The service is what you'd expect from a traditional five-star hotel. The housekeeper did a great job cleaning the room, and Zoé provided excellent service. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to Luohu Port, making it easy to take the subway or go to Hong Kong. It's a great value-for-money option. While the hotel facilities are a bit old and the soundproofing isn't great, everything else is excellent. The shower in the room is fantastic! The pool and gym are also good, and there's even a steam room. The dim sum at the hotel's Chinese restaurant is delicious and handmade. For the same itinerary next time, I would definitely choose this hotel again! 👍
