The Pier House Resort

Staff were friendly and accommodating to requests. Location was beautiful and close to a activities we enjoy. Ocean front room was perfect. Rain shower water pressure was amazing!

Fantastic stay. Levi at front desk was so accommodating. Showed me two available rooms and let me choose. Actually walked with me to the rooms. We weekend in the Keys every couple months,and it’s been a long time since we’ve encountered such friendly service. Kudos to Levi.  It was our first time staying at the Pier House. We will definitely be back. Thank You Pier House. We had a great time.

Was lead to believe we would get a resort credit on each room I booked (2), as it was stated on my reservation but found out it’s only for the VIP Gold member of *******. Charging for parking on top of the high nightly rates is ridiculous. Mattress are worn where you feel the indents on each side with a raise in the middle, plus the slip off the wooden platform making it difficult to get on. Folio was $73 higher on each room when I checked out so now I have a call in for an explanation

Ideal location—Duval street, the Seaport and shopping and restaurants were only a couple blocks away. It’s easy to get anywhere and the CVS across the street is convenient for snacks, mixers and whatever you need. Resort has a tropical vibe with lush scenery, water views and a private beach, which is rare in Key West. Excellent dining experience at One Duval—we dined alfresco on the water. Opt for a room with a balcony to overlook the water—it’s a great view to wake up to. We also went during off season (late Sept-early Oct), which made it easy to get the best seats in any restaurant (try Latitudes on the Sunset Key) and enjoy excursions with minimal people.

Great Staff, Comfortable but Outdated The staff were very kind! The rooms are comfortable for the most part. We had the lanai room that sat right above a pond with turtles and fish which was nice. Some things to note: the crowd is a bit older at this resort, the resort itself is nice but outdated a bit, One Duval restaurant is onsite and great! The room we had, has skylights and was very bright so if you like to darker the room to sleep in, this is something to consider. The location was fantastic, you are at the northern most part of Duval St. Right across from Two Friends Patio restaurant.

Beautiful views and really nice beach area. Room and grounds were clean. Also super convenient to all restaurants and shops. If I had to say one negative is that the hotel could use a fresh coat of paint!
