The hotel was amazing the people was amazing the restaurants were amazing. Also Mr. Bill is the best he is such a peoples person! Will definitely stay again when in Baton Rouge

The room is clean and spacious. My only suggestion is to provide a beauty kit (Q-tips, cotton pads, shower cap, etc) to add that extra touch. Otherwise, a very comfortable room.

Exceptional service by the staff! Jayla and Brandon were so helpful during check-in, and Mr. Bill saw us out the door when we checked out, providing wonderful history lessons. We will be back!

The hotel was incredible, however, there is a nearby bar and it was extremely loud in our room.. when we called to ask if there was a different room option (different floor, different side of the building) we were told it would be equally loud in any room.

Had an overnight stay. I loved the king bedroom. The only complaint is the glass bathroom door was hard to maneuver in and out of. There needs to be a door knob or handle on the inside of the bathroom.

They did not give me my room till after 5pm. declared it was not ready. I had to wait in the bar. Many others had to wait as well. after a long day of travel this was a challenge. I had dinner plans and I was not able to get cleaned up in time. NO discount or apology was offered for the trouble.

Room was spacious and quiet. Front desk gave great restaurant advice. No bath towels in room and maid was grumpy after we called down to complain…

This hotel was absolutely horrible. Walking through the hallways and finding the room was very scary as it was completely dark it looked like a dungeon. once I got into my room I felt very uneasy. It felt very old and had a funny smell. When I woke up the next morning as the mattress was extremely uncomfortable I had a horrible night sleep. I tried to go find somewhere to get coffee downstairs and upon my return to the room, I could not help but notice that there was mold around the entire room on the wall walls something I hadn’t noticed the day before. When I asked to switch to a new room, I was handed the key and told that I had 30 minutes to move my bags to the new room before the original room key was deactivated. I was never offered any assistance to move all of my things to a new room. I definitely give this hotel a thumbs down as it was subpar very dirty and the staff just was not helpful at all. I would never recommend this hotel. I caution anyone who even considers booking a room with them.

Great hotel. Very very nice staff, rooms are fabulous, bar & restaurant also very good. Valet on point.
