It was a nice staycation at the hotel, in terms of cleanes,and location closed to masjid nabavi

⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The service was excellent, and everything met my expectations. I really appreciated the hospitality and would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The cleaning staff and helpers there were rude and not helpful wouldn’t suggest this place, also the equipments they provided were not cleaned especially the water kettle has rust in it and the towels and sheets were dirty aswell bad service 🙏🏻

Of the five nights that I have stayed, room service did not show up once. The location distance to Masjid-e-Nawabi is false, while the straight line distance to the mosque is as specified, it takes over 20 minutes of walking to reach the mosque. Air conditioner had a mind of it's own, sometimes it cooled, sometimes it didn't.

Good , clean… only issue there is no drinking water

Very budget-friendly and comfortable stay We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Madinah. It’s around a 12–15 minute walk to Masjid an-Nabawi, which was quite manageable and peaceful. The hotel is very budget-friendly we managed to get it at a very cheap price for 3 nights, which made it excellent value for money. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and suitable for solo travellers, couples, and families with older children. The atmosphere felt calm and safe, and the staff were helpful and polite. There are also shops and food options nearby, which added to the convenience. Overall, a great option if you’re looking for an affordable, comfortable stay in Madinah without compromising on cleanliness and comfort. Highly recommended for budget-conscious travellers.
