Mai Xinge Boutique Hotel (Shanghai International Tourism Resort Chuansha Subway Station)

The hotel's high ratings are absolutely deserved. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, diligent, and enthusiastic, with an impressive attention to detail. It offers fantastic value for money. If you're visiting Shanghai Disneyland, staying here will make your trip so much more comfortable. The hotel includes breakfast, round-trip shuttle service to Disneyland, and even provides snacks, water, and soda on the shuttle. In the lobby, you'll find complimentary Coke with ginger, red bean soup, foot bath tubs, and massagers. They also offer paid rentals for strollers, Disney headwear, and costumes at reasonable prices. There are so many thoughtful little touches that truly cater to guests' needs. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very clean. They even offer different types of pillows. If you're a light sleeper, I recommend requesting a higher floor. The restaurant is on the second floor and can be a bit noisy, and you might hear the metro passing by during the day. Otherwise, everything else is excellent! 👍👍👍👍

The hotel offers airport shuttle service, and as soon as I got on the minibus, the staff handed me a bottle of warm mineral water. Upon arrival at the front desk for check-in, I was immediately offered tea and a warm, wet towel to clean my hands. Although the facilities are a bit old, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the service staff always proactively ask if I need any assistance, showing great enthusiasm. The breakfast was also excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I had an early morning flight from Shanghai and spent a long time choosing this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to Chuansha subway station, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. When I arrived, the front desk staff were very welcoming. They offered welcome tea and hot towels during check-in and even helped with my luggage. I also noticed staff members greeting guests warmly whenever they came out of the elevator. They provided a hand-drawn map and local guide, which was a great touch. The service was fantastic. My room was very clean and odorless, with welcome fruits, four bottles of drinking water, and even a foot bath kit, which was incredibly thoughtful. For my early flight, I booked the hourly airport shuttle. The car was clean, and the driver was very professional, getting me to the airport in about 20 minutes. The front desk even packed a simple breakfast for me—buns, milk, and eggs—which was so considerate. Definitely five stars!

Very comfortable with excellent service; the entire experience from check-in to check-out was great. The complimentary Disney shuttle service (two-way) was convenient and saved a lot of effort. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were even given a warm white fungus and red date porridge, which was incredibly comforting after a tiring day.

This hotel offers great value for money. It's only about a 10-15 minute drive from Pudong Airport, which was super convenient as I needed to pick someone up late at night. Getting around during the day was easy too, with the Metro Line 2 providing direct access to the Bund and Nanjing East Road. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to Disneyland, but the weather wasn't great this trip so I didn't go. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Disneyland. The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich and satisfying.

Facilities: There's a subway shuttle, which is excellent! Plus, a shuttle to Disneyland, very convenient! Service: The service is very attentive, and the staff's attitude is great. As soon as you enter, they ask if you're going to Disneyland, and if so, they proactively register you for the shuttle times. They even helped turn on the air conditioning and prepared a foot bath for us when we returned late from Disneyland. Laundry service is available from 8 AM to 8 PM. An attendant comes to pick up the clothes and delivers them clean once washed.
