Mai Xinge Boutique Hotel (Shanghai International Tourism Resort Chuansha Subway Station)

The service was fantastic! They offer both airport pick-up and drop-off as well as shuttle service to Disneyland. The butler was very responsive, and they even have a laundry service—clothes are washed, dried, and delivered right back to your room, which is super convenient. The breakfast had a great variety of options, and when we returned in the evening, they served white fungus soup and even provided foot bath herbs. The service is truly exceptional, very heartwarming, and made for a wonderful travel experience.

Service: Easily the best and most heartwarming service I've ever experienced at a hotel. I've stayed here more than once, and every single time has been wonderful, with each stay feeling even better than the last. Cleanliness: Spotless and fresh with zero weird odors—just a subtle, pleasant fragrance. Location: Situated in a bustling area of Chuansha Town, about a 7-8 minute walk to the metro station, with a daytime shuttle service to and from the station. There are malls nearby, making dining super convenient with plenty of restaurants to choose from. It’s also very close to the airport and Disneyland, and they offer a free shuttle (though I believe you need to book it in advance). Ambiance: Cozy and comfortable with lovely decor. The hanging art in the lobby is great for photo ops. The front desk also provides various complimentary little amenities, as well as tea and coffee. Facilities: Well-equipped and complete. Although it's not a newly opened hotel, the furniture and facilities are exceptionally well-maintained and look very new. Breakfast: Plentiful and delicious; I always end up eating way too much! If you're in a rush, you can even pack some to go. It’s such a thoughtful and human touch. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel! I will definitely keep coming back!

Great service! They offer a shuttle service to and from the subway station, airport pick-up booking, and a Disney shuttle. The staff was also helpful with printing. The overall environment is decent and clean, and the breakfast is quite good, complete with fresh fruit, bottled water, and helpful local travel guides.

Five-star review! A perfect stay for our Disney trip. Choosing this hotel for our Disney visit was absolutely the right decision! The service was truly impeccable, and we felt their genuine hospitality from the moment we walked in. I particularly want to commend the hotel's shuttle service. The driver was incredibly enthusiastic, giving us tips and advice for Disney the entire way – which attractions were worth riding, how to save time queuing, and the best times to watch the parade. We felt well-prepared even before entering the park, it was so practical! On rainy days, they even provided free raincoats, and there were snacks and drinks in the shuttle for us to refuel. After a long day at the park, my legs were exhausted, and I was so delighted to find a foot bath and massager in the room! This thoughtful detail truly impressed me. Soaking my feet and then using the massager on my calves helped me recover completely, ready to go again the next day. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise. The variety was extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and drinks – everything you could wish for. Eating a hearty breakfast before heading to the park filled us with energy for the whole day. Overall, the experience far exceeded our expectations. The service was thoughtful and attentive. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next Disney trip! Highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit.

The hotel service is very considerate. The breakfast is delicious. When I came back in the rain, there was a shoe dryer, a massage chair, and a foot bath. Plus, they offered ginger coke and red bean porridge. The hotel shuttle is very convenient. I'm very satisfied.

Came here based on a recommendation from Xiaohongshu. The room isn't huge, but the service is truly excellent. The free shuttle, laundry service, and buffet breakfast were all great; my friends traveling with me all raved about it. The snacks they gave us as a parting gift were delicious too!

I heard online that this hotel had great reviews and excellent service, and now that I've stayed here myself, I can confirm it's absolutely true. On my first day, I didn't want a room on the second floor because I thought it would be noisy, so the front desk upgraded my room, which was really impressive service. The shuttle to Disneyland requires a reservation, and the next day, they even called us specifically to remind us to go for breakfast – so thoughtful and attentive! They also gave us special disposable raincoats, which I almost forgot the hotel didn't provide. On our last day, while waiting for the shuttle to the subway station, they helped us with our luggage the whole way. We even received a souvenir gift when we left, and since my birthday was just the week before, the hotel also gave me a small cake. I'll definitely stay here again next time! The wontons for breakfast were delicious!
