The hotel is good, the renovation is new, there are no complaints about the food either, but we didn’t see any delicacies in the form of seafood. We were checked in almost immediately, although we arrived early. The room is new. The impressions are generally positive. But there are also some downsides: 1) The pool is very small. I didn’t even think about swimming in it, at best I’d find a place to stand still. You can go to the neighboring hotel of the same chain, but the situation there is no better. 2) The rooftop pool, which appears in the main photos, is 18+ and is paid. 3) The pool in the gated community is also paid and you won’t be allowed in without rubber caps. Most of the areas in the hotel photos are paid, which is misleading. 4) The beach nearby is dug up, but you can swim 5) All inclusive with drinks can only be taken for a minimum of 4 days of stay. 6) If you get a room with a view of the neighboring hotel, then it is impossible to sleep at night with an open balcony, because the windows overlook the dining room, unloading area and exhaust from industrial air conditioners - this turned out to be the biggest minus of the stay.. 7) if you really want to find fault, you can also note the very small and old TV in the room, we didn't need it, but the contrast with the new room is immediately striking. Overall, the hotel is good for Spain, but the small pool and additional paid areas spoil the impression.

I didn't like the restaurant's opening hours, such as breakfast and dinner. If you could open an hour earlier, it would be perfect.

Clean hotel, but not very happy with how small the pool area is. Also food choices were very limited so we mostly ate out. Not a lot of noise, entertainment stops around 11PM so great if you're going on holiday with kids. Beds were very comfortable and the room (junior suite) was pretty big. Location is ok, pretty quiet and lowkey, near Salou where it's much busier if you're looking for that busy atmosphere. Service was not that great, dropped some glass one morning and called the reception like 5 times to ask for a vaccuum, nobody picked up the phone.

After reading various reviews I really was worried about coming here.Last October we had a short stay in Silmar where the hotel was slightly dated and the food was cold , so having listened to other travellers there who said the food was a better standard in the improved hotel next door we revisited. If only we had known or heard of Tui Lookea as we definitely would not have come here. I don't want an English only hotel I just want to stay in an inclusive one. All the entertainment is French, the animation team only speak to the French. I spoke to 7 British families who maybe coincidentally were given rooms with no view other than the bins . Pros... Everywhere is spotless Bar staff are friendly Snack bar food is plentiful Aquum spa is a great addition to the hotel experience La Pineda beach front is now beautiful Cons... Too many saved sun beds by big families for hours on end I have travelled the world and never met so many loud , brash, rude people not just to one another pushing and running around the restaurant but also towards the staff who are just trying to do their jobs. No inclusivity for anyone other than French... Unfortunately I won't be returning and won't recommend the complex as the cons far outweigh the pros.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. The food was brilliant and the entertainment staff always went above and beyond to ensure all guests had a great time, especially young children. Amberly was especially kind and caring to my two children, always taking them with her when visiting other guests around the hotel. She was brilliant and I can’t fault her for the wonderful experience she gave us.

We've just had 2 weeks at the Estival Park Hotel, booked via TUI as a family of 4 with 2 kids age 9). Positives: Relatively clean rooms, plenty of room and storage space with fresh towels every day. Fridge in room and balcony with rails for drying bathers. You cannot reserve beds which is brilliant and pool areas not open until.09.00. This was great as we had no issue getting beds with an umbrella. Good choice of food at buffet in restaraunts. Ok choice of drinks for all inclusive, mainly local wines and local spirits. You can hire bikes from the hotel which was fun. Central location, 5 minutes to aqua park, local beach and bus stop across road to get in to Salou (don't pay on bus its expaieve, buy a travel pass from the local shop). Negatives: The hotel is aimed primarily for French people, with the entertainment team all French. They did make an effort with all the kids but the second week in particular was mainly French ... not what we were told by Tui. The buffet areas gets really busy for breakfast and dinner and the freshly cooked grill areas just cannot cope with the amount of people. That being said, some people were taking 10 pancakes each for breakfast! They don't open all restaraunts across the 2 hotel sites for lunch so it is carnage..we didn't bother with lunch as was just too busy and the snack bar is open but the choice is limited. Whilst we were given fresh towels daily, the rooms weren't cleaned properly... I ended up wiping down all the surfaces regularly myself with wet wipes. Not everything is all inclusive... you have to pay a subsidy for some beers and cocktails, croissants and cookies you have to buy and the snack bar staff aren't happy if you ask for toasties (although these are included). The pool area is really slippy. We saw several people fall, some badly over the 2 weeks. The hotel need to invest in some anti slip mats as its dangerous.

Esteival park almaris great location. Rooms basic but good and clean. Fresh towels every day. Rooms as far as I have been told are been updated this winter which will make the hotel even better. The entertainment staff amazing especially mousab from Morocco who made us feel very welcome along with a very tall fella with a brilliant giggle and laugh. Great value for money eat and drink all u can . Noise level no issue . Good ventilation in rooms.thanks mousab from the northern Irish/ Irish family. (Uel Chloe and Myah and family )
