Our experience at Miao Resort was outstanding from beginning to end.
We stayed for multiple nights and experienced two different room categories during our visit because our original room was not available for the entire stay. Normally this could be inconvenient, but the staff handled everything perfectly and made the transition effortless.
What impressed us the most was that both rooms were amazing. Each room was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and offered spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. It was impossible to be disappointed because every part of the hotel is maintained to a very high standard.
The hotel itself is modern, new, and located in a fantastic area. We especially loved being able to rent electric scooters directly at the hotel entrance, which made exploring Yangshuo incredibly easy and convenient.
A huge thank you to Zhou Zhou, Alice, and Xiao Min for their outstanding hospitality. They were always smiling, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. They also helped us book activities and tours, making our entire trip smooth and stress-free.
It is rare to find a hotel where the rooms, facilities, location, views, and service are all equally exceptional. Miao achieved that for us.
