The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was wonderfully hot. The gym /pool area was well laid out - the area beside the pool was spacious. Personally i like the hot tub to be a few degrees warmer. I used the valet parking - the staff were friendly and quick to retrieve my vehicle.

Overall the hotel staff and amenities are fine, especially for Rochester, MN, but make it be known the pool is open until 11PM and those staying here for the Mayo Clinic will not get rest if your room faces the pool area. Those rooms should be free if kids are in there screaming until close.

Pool was small but clean. Had a great workout area and yoga space. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved the location as well lots of stuff nearby. Didn’t like how the boutiques and shops were closed on the weekends.

The room was clean, recently renovated, staff was attentive and ready to respond to any concerns or questions we might have. Hotel was centrally located with respect to the Mayo Clinic, so much so that we were 15-30 minutes walking distance from any appointment via the "subway".

Front desk not seem hospitable or interested in our arriving. Don’t like absence of rugs. First only one chair; we both like to read and 2nd room did after requested change. Cafe has no ambiance; not look like fun place to eat. We ate elsewhere both nights.

Very clean & updated. I will stay here anytime I am in Rochester. The staff really go the extra mile for your convenience. Anyone needing Mayo, the subway is connected to hotel, which makes it very easy access!

Quiet, comfortable room. Clean and comforting design and decor. Friendly staff and the concierge level service was quite nice.

Staff, restaurant, valet great. Our room was not serviced. We left 5:30AM and returned 6:30PM.After a long day at Mayo we came back to a unserviced room. We had to call just to have towels,etc. That was disappointing.
