The advantage is that the location is very convenient, the sea view room has a great balcony view, and the staff are warm and enthusiastic, even helping with the luggage proactively. On the downside, the room facilities are a bit outdated, the room size is small, and the bed is somewhat small. During our stay, the Busan International Film Festival was taking place, and staff members were stationed in the hotel handling various event matters, which seriously impacted the stay experience.

Beautiful scenery, prime location, delicious breakfast, and great hotel amenities (swimming pool, hot springs, and a kids' playroom). In particular, a scenic 10-minute walk along the beach boardwalk takes you right to Mipo Station, where you can catch both the Coastal Train and the Capsule Train. The hotel is also right next to the BUSAN X the SKY observatory and Club D Oasis (you can redeem a free 4-hour pass for the spa and jjimjilbang using the Visit Busan Pass, which is an amazing deal). An all-round great stay. Staff really friendly and helpful, in every department. Room was big, modern and with a superb view of the ocean. We really enjoyed the Spa in the evening and watching the sun go down in Haeundae while in one of the Spa pools.

The room is big and with balcony overseeing the sea. Beautiful. Love the CIMER (many mini heated jacuzzi) and gymn is great. The normal pool is too short and small and filled with people all the time. Location is so convenient for food, shopping and capsule ride and of course the beach is right in front of your hotel- dun need to cross any road. Service here is very hospitable. I meant the chamber maid. Don’t feel like checking out here. Amenities- only toothbrush n paste is missing. Must check out by 11am. Sauna is not complimentary, which is a pity, as Japan it is just a small amount of money and unlimited use.
