The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially loved the spacious bathroom with its high-quality fixtures, and the bedding was top-notch too. Breakfast was a delicious and abundant spread. Plus, the location is fantastic – a short walk to Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple.

Facilities: Exactly like the promotional pictures! Love it! 💕 Cleanliness: Very clean, you can tell from how well-kept the breakfast area is! Ambiance: Super comfortable, and they even have afternoon tea! Service: They proactively greet you… and it's a female-friendly hotel, I adore it!

The room was great, and the mattress was really comfortable. The facilities were also excellent. The only issue was the mosquitoes; on one of the two nights I stayed, there were a lot of them, and they bit quite a bit. From the third-floor viewing platform, you can also see the Potala Palace. They offer 24-hour oxygen supply through nasal cannulas, and the hotel breakfast was good too.

My five-star stay here was fantastic! I arrived in Lhasa a bit late and hungry, and was probably experiencing some altitude sickness. After checking in, my legs felt like jelly. The front desk staff quickly grabbed my luggage – one suitcase in one hand, one bag in the other – and practically ran up the stairs to my room to turn on the oxygen concentrator for me. The hotel also offered a complimentary photoshoot in traditional ******* attire. Their photography studio is conveniently located on the third floor. Dressed in the beautiful ******* clothing, I went up to the rooftop for photos with the Potala Palace as the backdrop – the pictures turned out amazing! As I stayed for four nights, I also received a complimentary Thangka painting or ******* incense experience. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly easy to get around. Famous attractions like the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street are all within walking distance. The rooftop terrace cafe is perfect for photos and is definitely an Instagram-worthy spot. I had a lot of luggage and needed to send it via courier; the front desk staff were all incredibly nice and helped me with the delivery. Upon check-in, they even presented each of us with a Hada (a traditional ceremonial scarf) and offered blessings. This was a truly satisfying stay. I still really like the courtyard. However, the hotel has been fully booked with events recently, so I had to wait a long time to check in and couldn't even extend my stay. The staff also look noticeably more tired and worn out compared to before. The boss really needs to give them a raise!

The rooms come standard with an oxygen generator and humidifier. The little basket by the bed even has face masks and makeup remover wipes – a dream come true for anyone who loves attention to detail 🥹. Upon check-in, they present you with a Hada (a traditional ******* silk scarf) and serve sweet tea. You can also experience tsampa making for free, making the check-in experience absolutely fantastic!
