The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially loved the spacious bathroom with its high-quality fixtures, and the bedding was top-notch too. Breakfast was a delicious and abundant spread. Plus, the location is fantastic – a short walk to Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple.

The room was great, and the mattress was really comfortable. The facilities were also excellent. The only issue was the mosquitoes; on one of the two nights I stayed, there were a lot of them, and they bit quite a bit. From the third-floor viewing platform, you can also see the Potala Palace. They offer 24-hour oxygen supply through nasal cannulas, and the hotel breakfast was good too.

My five-star stay here was fantastic! I arrived in Lhasa a bit late and hungry, and was probably experiencing some altitude sickness. After checking in, my legs felt like jelly. The front desk staff quickly grabbed my luggage – one suitcase in one hand, one bag in the other – and practically ran up the stairs to my room to turn on the oxygen concentrator for me. The hotel also offered a complimentary photoshoot in traditional ******* attire. Their photography studio is conveniently located on the third floor. Dressed in the beautiful ******* clothing, I went up to the rooftop for photos with the Potala Palace as the backdrop – the pictures turned out amazing! As I stayed for four nights, I also received a complimentary Thangka painting or ******* incense experience. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly easy to get around. Famous attractions like the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street are all within walking distance. The rooftop terrace cafe is perfect for photos and is definitely an Instagram-worthy spot. I had a lot of luggage and needed to send it via courier; the front desk staff were all incredibly nice and helped me with the delivery. Upon check-in, they even presented each of us with a Hada (a traditional ceremonial scarf) and offered blessings. This was a truly satisfying stay. I love Lhasa and will definitely come back again. 24-hour oxygen supply (diffused & nasal cannula): Both diffused and nasal cannula available. ******* clothing experience: Very impressive.

This hotel is steeped in history! It's the former site of the Nepalese Consulate, a 400-year-old ancient building that now houses the Gesar Gyalpo Museum. Guests get free entry, offering an immersive experience of ******* culture. Plus, your photos will naturally have a vintage filter. And the courtyard? The atmosphere is simply divine, a photographer's dream! The courtyard's ambiance is incredible! With blue skies, white clouds, and beautifully carved beams and painted pillars, every photo you take looks amazing. Relax in the courtyard and order a sweet tea, juice, or coffee to enjoy a leisurely afternoon tea. Paired with authentic yak yogurt and cheese dregs, your taste buds will experience the unique flavors of the plateau. 🎁 Must-Enjoy Guest Perks: ✅ Free ******* attire experience (10:30-22:30), can be worn out to explore the ancient city. ✅ 10 complimentary retouched photos from a courtyard photoshoot (makeup and styling at your own expense). ✅ Free entry to the Gesar Gyalpo Museum. ✅ High-altitude amenity gift pack in your room: face masks, hair essential oil, makeup remover wipes, wet wipes. ✅ Free sweet tea in the courtyard. 📍 Prime Location: Right on the Barkhor Street Kora (pilgrim's circuit), just a 3-minute walk to Jokhang Temple. Super convenient for getting around. It's incredibly photogenic, perfect for transition video check-ins, the service is thoughtful, and the experience is top-notch. If you're coming to Lhasa, this is the place to choose!

I still really like the courtyard. However, the hotel has been fully booked with events recently, so I had to wait a long time to check in and couldn't even extend my stay. The staff also look noticeably more tired and worn out compared to before. The boss really needs to give them a raise!

Staying at this hotel in Lhasa, I really want to recommend it to all my girlfriends! The location is absolutely amazing, super close to Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street, all within walking distance ✨. It used to be the old Nepalese Consulate, so it naturally has a 400-year historical vibe. The courtyard is perfect for taking photos in ******* outfits! They offer a free ******* outfit experience + 10 free travel photos, and you can even get a direct view of the Potala Palace from the third-floor terrace! The rooms come standard with an oxygen generator and humidifier. The little basket by the bed even has face masks and makeup remover wipes – a dream come true for anyone who loves attention to detail 🥹. Upon check-in, they present you with a Hada (a traditional ******* silk scarf) and serve sweet tea. You can also experience tsampa making for free, making the check-in experience absolutely fantastic!

Cute little boutique hotel, we got the family suit with 2 rooms, they have beautiful wall decor and traditional Tibetan-style furniture. The breakfast is yummy, they even have a museum inside it, we really appreciate the cultural aspect of it. Service is great, the bellboy even helped us to carry our luggages all the way to 4th floor (by the way, they have no lift), and the lady at the front desk is very friendly too! ❤️❤️
