Our stay at Eurostars Centrum Alicante was very disappointing. The hotel feels extremely old and worn out — the furniture is outdated, everything looks tired, and there is even a noticeable “old” smell throughout the room and common areas. This property seriously needs a full renovation. In its current condition, it simply does not justify the price they are charging for a stay. We only spent one night there, and honestly, that was more than enough. The view from the room was terrible as well — just an ugly inner courtyard with no atmosphere at all. Unfortunately, the hotel left absolutely no positive impression on us.

The room was very spacious, and there's a small gym and sauna. The front desk staff were super friendly, and the location is excellent – close to both the city center and the beach. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit dated.

Hotel with good location. Spacious room and good breakfast with lots of choice . My recent stay there was no WiFi for 24 hours , everybody needs WiFi these days when travelling. Staff weren’t really bothered about this and offered no solution when I couldn’t get my phone to work . I wouldn’t stay again as I thought that the staff were unhelpful and overwhelmed/ unfriendly

The hotel is a franchise, so the decor is old; it just rebranded. The facilities inside are very basic. Plus, there are very few parking spaces, so we had to park on the street, which was inconvenient.
