The hotel was overbooked, but they offered me another Eurostars nearby, which was fine. Breakfast was a bit disappointing though. Overall, I'd say it was an 'NPC' experience (neither good nor bad). I might try the other hotel if I pass by again.

Our stay at Eurostars Centrum Alicante was very disappointing. The hotel feels extremely old and worn out — the furniture is outdated, everything looks tired, and there is even a noticeable “old” smell throughout the room and common areas. This property seriously needs a full renovation. In its current condition, it simply does not justify the price they are charging for a stay. We only spent one night there, and honestly, that was more than enough. The view from the room was terrible as well — just an ugly inner courtyard with no atmosphere at all. Unfortunately, the hotel left absolutely no positive impression on us.

Hotel was well situated in Alicante, and the hotel was clean throughout. Room was a good size, good water pressure and beds comfy. Aircon was a little weak. All in all it did the job well and I’d use it again for a city centre hotel.

The room was very spacious, and there's a small gym and sauna. The front desk staff were super friendly, and the location is excellent – close to both the city center and the beach. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit dated.

Hotel with good location. Spacious room and good breakfast with lots of choice . My recent stay there was no WiFi for 24 hours , everybody needs WiFi these days when travelling. Staff weren’t really bothered about this and offered no solution when I couldn’t get my phone to work . I wouldn’t stay again as I thought that the staff were unhelpful and overwhelmed/ unfriendly
