The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. It was such a pleasant environment. But what really stood out was the hotel's thoughtful and attentive service. Yuki, who assisted us, was so professional and kind. We're especially grateful for her help in recovering a lost phone. Being in a foreign country, that act of kindness truly made us feel warm and cared for. A heartfelt thank you!

Cons: The twin bed in the room was too small. The shower with a bathtub had poor drainage. The bathroom exhaust fan was so noisy that I couldn't sleep even with earplugs, and it wouldn't turn off. The pool water was salty. The breakfast room was full of flies. The hotel seemed to be undergoing renovations, but the facilities were very old. The gym had a strong smell. The location was also bad, with nothing nearby. They probably forgot to give me the departure gift. Pros: The à la carte breakfast was delicious. 🈶 Airport pick-up service and a new vehicle were provided.

The location is a bit off, but overall it's very good. The service is very good and satisfactory. The hotel has free activities every day, and I was given a ticket to the Ferris wheel next door when I checked in. It was good to stay for 2 nights.

A bit disappointed. The hotel looks a bit old. When booking, Ctrip said that we could check out at 4pm. When we arrived, the front desk said that we could only check out at 2pm. It took a long time to finally agree to check out at 4pm. I was woken up by the sound of a gecko when I was sleeping at night. I called the staff to see that it was on the beam outside. The standard room is outside the road and will be noisy by tuk-tuks at night. The advantage is that the breakfast is OK. The price is not cheap, not as good as Raffles

# Siem Reap Anantara Review This time in Siem Reap, I experienced the world's smallest Anantara Hotel (only 39 suites). Horror night: The light control panel in room 222 failed, and it flickered frequently after turning off the lights. The panel was changed that night but no room change was agreed. It flickered again the next day before the room change was made.
