Our stay was absolutely terrible. On the second night, the power went out at 2 AM, and our child woke up crying because it was so hot. The front desk was no help at all and just told us to switch rooms in the middle of the night with our crying child. Luckily, it was just the room next door, so it wasn't too much hassle. The next morning at 11 AM, when we went back to pack our things, the power was still out. We were sweating profusely while trying to pack.
The hairdryer was awful; it had very weak airflow. We asked for a replacement, but the new one was just as bad. The staff were unhelpful and seemed to have a 'can't be bothered' attitude about everything.
The bed was a large wooden one with high wooden sides and a wooden headboard. Our young child bumped into it twice and cried loudly. The bed was also too high, making it dangerous if our child were to fall off.
The TV was tiny and placed high up above the curtains, so you had to strain your neck to watch it.
