Pickalbatros Palace Sharm "Aqua Park"- All inclusive

Everything was fine, the food was very good and you got a lot of variations except breakfast pretty much the same everyday but still good one, plenty of bars all over the resort with okish alcohol and the beer is decent. Alot of pools the enjoy, never too crowded even tho there are alot of people.

We came to celebrate my friend’s birthday. I informed the hotel in advance by email and also mentioned it again when we arrived at the reception desk, but unfortunately we did not receive any response or special attention regarding it. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff were excellent, caring, and very kind — especially a staff member named Reda who provided outstanding service. The food was very delicious, and we really enjoyed the restaurants, especially Culina restaurant. The waiters were also very friendly, so thank you to Abdallah and Azouz for their great service and hospitality. We also tried the spa, but the experience was not as enjoyable as it was described to us. In my opinion, the reception service was disappointing — even during check-out, nobody asked us how our stay was or about our experience at the hotel. Overall, there were definitely positive things, especially the cleanliness, the food, and the restaurant staff, but the reception service needs improvement.

The hotel is very successful. The staff are very polite and honest people.

Our stay at the Pickalbatros Palace Sharm "Aqua Park" was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the resort exceeded all of our expectations as a family. • Cleanliness: Spotless! The entire resort, from the sparkling pools and thrilling aqua park to our immaculate room, was kept perfectly clean throughout our stay. Housekeeping does a phenomenal job. • Location: The setting is absolutely beautiful and incredibly convenient. It strikes the perfect balance between being a relaxing getaway and offering easy access to everything you need. • Service: The staff truly made us feel at home. Every team member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help, ensuring our family had a stress-free vacation. • Amenities: The amenities are world-class. The aqua park provided endless fun for the kids (and adults!), and there was never a shortage of activities, great food, and facilities to enjoy. We had an amazing all-inclusive experience and cannot recommend this resort enough to other families looking for the perfect vacation in Sharm El Sheikh. We will definitely be back!

Judging by the hotel's pictures in net, it might seem new, but it's an old hotel; its half meter deep, you can't swim more than that its limited space... There's a pier, but its area is limited too you cant swim nicely.. not good not at all.. The sea and beach could be used more efficiently, but the hotel isn't able to achieve that...

In general it was okay The restaurants are limited choices and the hygiene under expectation
