Veligandu Maldives Resort Island

To spend my birthday & also anniversary celebration here! I love Veligandu 😍 thanks our lifestyle host Julia - little tiny Morocco girl. She will fulfill whatever I need ! so warm and loved and also thank you our house keeping uncle - Mahmood decorated our room so sweet! And also the restaurant staff Abdullah - he is very knowledgeable and attentive. So nice to see him everyday When we have breakfast and dinner there and he will always recommend a lot of the nice food to us. And make us feel so good 😊 Thank you for the team of veligandu! U guys the best 🥰

Veligandu is absolute paradise. We stayed in a sunset pool villa for our 20th wedding anniversary which was beautiful and huge. The pool was much bigger than expected and it was very secluded. This island itself is stunning, the staff were so friendly and could not do enough for us, especially Tatiana who looked after us for the whole stay and Joen in the bar who made us personalised cocktails. The snorkelling on the house reef was insane, full of fish, sharks, rays and turtles, there were even sharks and a turtle that swam along the shore when we were on the beach. We did the Manta ray snorkelling trip which was amazing, the staff were excellent and really made it possible for my wife who is a nervous swimmer. The food was great especially Madivaru for a shady lunch by the sea and snacks at the beach bar. All in all it was perfect, the only disappointment was we had to leave.

We had an amazing stay at Veligandu Maldives Resort. Everything from the beautiful island, crystal-clear water, and well-maintained facilities to the delicious food was perfect. A special thank you to Dilara for her warm hospitality and kindness throughout our stay. She made our honeymoon even more memorable, and we truly appreciate her care and attention. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway. We hope to come back again in the future!

This is our third visit to Veligandu , each time has been even more magical than the last. This island keeps getting better and better ! The recent renovations have clearly elevated veligandu into the luxury category. Everything from the food to the accommodation, the beauty of the island to the friendliest staff will leave a lasting impression and leave you wanting to return again and again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our butler Julia was very nice and considerate. I'm very grateful for the birthday wishes and gifts for me. It was a perfect birthday. I'm really looking forward to coming here again next time.

We have just returned from a relaxing and enjoyable holiday at Veligandu, leaving us with wonderful memories. The entire stay was outstanding—the environment, dining, and water activities were all highly satisfying. A special mention must go to Julia. Her service was warm and attentive, helping us resolve many details and making our journey even smoother and more carefree. Her professionalism and kindness left a deep impression on us. She supported us with every request, always proactive and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. We also want to highlight the fantastic team at Ocean Dive — Kahled, Stefi, Ali, and the rest of the crew. They spoiled us with excellent service during all our dives and made every underwater moment memorable. The SPA Centre deserves its own praise. The Balinese massages were pure relaxation and healing — truly some of the best we’ve ever experienced. For us, Veligandu is the best island we’ve visited so far.
